这个坡，我爬不上去是因为我菜。可是我们俱乐部平时一起group ride的人大部分都能
爬上去。
和Tirreno-Adriatico stage 6 的那个27%的坡比，我们这个坡就是平地。 |

段两英里的上坡，组织者发了计时芯片给这段做非正式的King(Queen) of Mountain计
时赛。刚才看了Strava，发现最陡的0.3miles那段，平均不过13%。 |

用之前骑行速度做缓冲。
类似的坡，我这附近就还有好几个。坑爹的是我们这里全国最高的山海拔还不到1000米

发帖数: 2284 | 25 因为锁鞋而害怕摔跤，从而影响自己的effort，这个问题和练习上坡还真没什么直接的
联系。根本的原因大概是对锁鞋还不习惯。等用习惯了就会知道，摔车的原因多种多样
，由于锁鞋引起的并不常见。
回到上坡的话题 - 个人认为这种陡而短的上坡并不难对付，可怕的是长距离的上坡。
首先从器材入手，crankset一定要用compact的，后变速的大齿最好到28甚至以上。
骑行的姿势 - 上坡时不妨把整个身体的重心前移，我个人的偏好是身体前移到感觉自
己是骑坐在座位的尖端上。前移的好处是腿的向下的踏力更直接传到踏板上，同时上身
直立，有帮于扩张肺部加强换气。
踏频 - 保持一个相对高速而又不会导致脱力的踏频非常重要。个人经验是，在上坡时
一旦踏频降到80以下，肌肉的乳酸积累会急剧升高导致心率冲过上限，更要命的是在坡
上根本没法放松以恢复心率，一旦出现这种情况，几秒钟就死翘翘了。我对付这种短而
陡的坡，一般在坡底用比较高的速度进入，在坡上根据速度的减低，逐渐把档位减到最
低，如果在最低档位仍然无法保持踏频，就必须站起来骑。站起来骑的时候，注意力不

如果gear够就坐下慢慢骑，不要怕cadence低。 只有在switchback最陡的时候才站起来

前两周滑了，一直没记，现在算是补记。
听朋友说Camelback的雪道更长，也有night shift票，从下午3点开始。我就盘算：3点
滑到晚上9点，除去吃饭，足够了。打定主意，出发。
事实没有想象的简单，开到半路，实在太困了，把车停下来，睡了一觉。等到雪场，已
经5点了。租完东西，装备上，6点，外面已经是灯光雪场了。白天温度极高，最高时到
了60F，雪有点化，有点象冰激凌。
这个雪场只有一个缆车入口，坐上去之后，再分道。黑道靠中间，陡降；蓝道两边，缓
一点；绿道更长，从山边弯下来。
黑灯瞎火的，我只敢从绿道开始。事实证明，很明智。这条绿道也不是那么容易handle
, 在山腰中间，有一大片不明显的小包，我速度很快地下来时，撞上去就跟开车生过
bump一样，非常不舒服，咬牙挺了一会儿，终于还是翻在一个包上。
天黑下来后，温度降得很快，不需要太多时间，就到了零度以下。雪面开始越来越光滑
，白天化的水也开始冻上。
我又滑了两趟，每次都以不同的方式，在不同的地方摔一下，不厉害，但也不舒服。看

durrr counted the chips pretty calmly when Ivey asked for a count. his heart
must be beating 120. i doubt i could even talk on that spot.
Ivey just mumbled "wow. nice hand" after losing 600k. unreal.
if it were Hellmuth, all hell would break loose, especially against durrr.
coz, Hellmuth would never play 3 handed cash game 1000/2000 blinds. |

give you a live example I played to answer this question.
I was holding 120$ on 1$/2$ table. (don't ask me why I am short stack.
Everyone run bad once a while. lol.. luckily, I am no fish playing short
stack either)
Right before i was heading home. I caught KK on bb. 1 limper ep one guy
button raise 7$. I reraise to 21$. both of them called. out of position. 63$

Loose的女人push all in for 200 something with flush draw, FLOP上我已经RAISE
她到50了，TURN我BET她ALL IN，我FLOP THE SET，当然CALL了，结果RIVER来了FLUSH
，把我气得要命。简直就是一DONKEY，你要TURN HIT 到了再ALL IN 也就罢了，连个对
都没有，就剩一张牌的机会竟然还主动全押，在我看来简直是胡来。一下我又掉回到
100多，最后剩80多的时候，PRE-FLOP有人RAISE了，我和她都CALL了，我FLOP 了两对
，主动BET 15，她又CALL，另一人FOLD，TURN我ALL IN 50多，她又CALL，结果HIT到她
的STRAIGHT。气得俺没话说，好吧，你这么走运，这么DONKY，我倒要看看你能玩多久
。所以我又买了200，这两百我决定好好和她玩一下，最后我把我的钱从她哪里赢回来
了。
运气一下也来了，两个小时左右我的200变成了快1500，正寻思者走人的，结果来了这

什么时候来。结果星期五三个小时就输掉700，其中有三次大SUCK OUT。 一次是TPFD
FLOP上CHECK-RAISE到40，OR和那个LOOSE DONKEY都CALL，TURN来了FLUSH，BET了个85
， OR FOLD了，DONKEY竟毫不犹豫CALL，RIVER来了第四张红桃，DONKEY CHECK，我立
马CHECK，DONKEY有个ACE红桃。他竟然拿着个SECOND PAIR CALL我的RAISE和我的85$
TURN BET, 气得俺气不打一处来。还有一次俺拿Q10，FLOP 两对，ALL IN 80，两个人
CALL，结果拿QJ的RUNNER RUNNER STRAIGHT. 最后一把我STACK 190左右，拿着KK在UTG
，俺LIMP，知道下面肯定会有人RAISE，大家也都LIMP，直到CO老头RAISE 10$, BTN 和

礼拜二 11/27
明天早上6点的飞机，不想在Parx呆太久所以十二点就离开了。
吃完饭去Poker Room一看果然人多。这次就有看到很多在Commerce常见的熟面孔。到的
时候有:
400/800 Stud 8
25/50 NL
75-150 H.O.E. x2
10/10 NL x3
40/80 Omaha 8
30/60 LHE
2/5 NL x7
PLO 5
15/30 LHE x2
1/2 NL x 12
还有一些零零星星不同的小mix和小LHE
LP玩了一下1/2NL就有15/30LHE的座位了。这一趟美中不足就是LP没有咬到鱼。今天也
是小输一点，就算在我的账上吧。
我打了2/5大概1个小时。接下来新的30-60LHE Must-Move开了。great 4 handed game.
赢了～1个rack。可是去main game后连输4-5手。最后LHE今晚差不多打平。今晚Parx30
-60LHE main game的水平很不错。只有2-3个看起来次一等的可是no one was giving
it away.
