the company, and is different each year.
You can ask the HR for your grade level as well.
The base, sign on, rsu should be negotiable afaik. If you have a competing

不同级别的ratio差别很大，同级内的ratio也不一样。multiplier倒是从ceo到fresh全

面元素时再按照这个地址和数组下标去查找。同时，数组名又正好是数组首元素的地址
，所以在主函数里调用子函数时只需写数组名，那么首元素的地址就传出去了。
我的问题来了，如下例，被调用的函数multiply的形参部分，float *p说明p是一个地
址，这个地址就是传过来的数组首元素的地址。既然p只是地址，那后面的操作
p[0]=2*p[0]
p[1]=2*p[1]
p[2]=2*p[2]
...
不是在把地址乘以2吗，怎么就变成把地址里面的内容乘以2了？用*p[...]来操作是不
是更符合情理？而且p既然是一个地址，怎么就可以写成p[...]了呢，这不变成地址数
组了吗？
虽然实际当中都在这样写，但心中的困惑一直都在。我不是专业马工，求专业马工解惑
并轻拍。

因为上下两层一样，C1=C2，
那么就是C'=C^2/255
就是一个抛物线嘛。黑色0进去还是0，白色255进去还是255，
调曲线黑白两头不变，中间凹成半个抛物线形状，就一样了。
screen就是把这个抛物线倒过来。

由于本人工作原因，电脑里的文件资料、计算数据、设计图纸、建筑规范越来越多，而
且经常需要奔波各个施工现场，所以经常出现笔记本电脑不能随时带在 身边，文件夹
被某个小伙伴当“学习Linux影视文件”给cut。但是一旦需要这些文件的时候，却是懊
恼万分，猴急非常，恨不得flashback。刚好 最近冷锋过境、雨季来临，时间很多，琢
磨下同步与备份的问题。
在大学时代，自己最早是使用纳米盘和fs2you储存一些学习资料，分享一些小体格的文
件。能够接触这些东西，是因为当时在3DM做些简单的汉化和管理工作（不是工口?(￣?
￣")? ），分享某些游戏的cracker。不过日子不久，纳米盘服务质量下降，基本沦为
p2p工具。而fs2you经过08年的奥运整顿，改名为rayfile后至今，苟且维持服务，速度
并不乐观。
所以说不管这些早期的网络硬盘有多大的空间，关键服务能否持续性才是关键。一个礼
拜前上传的文件，刚好七天，悄无声息被拐走了，这才是最可怕的。

faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，

篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝

前AI的旧石器时代的 force multiplier 的理念。
但现代铁器时代，force multiplier 可以靠直接调库函数，或者干脆 AI 自动化，不
需要人肉复读机了。这也是找人开始刷题的本质原因，因为文凭和课程不可信。说一堆
复杂高大上的但仅仅是复读器的，不如老老实实把基础给掌握牢靠。
