下面的那段不知道是什么意思.能不能详细的解释以下.
1.280k在泰兴是谁花的钱啊.哪里来的数据?
2. 1000个小孩.哪里的数据说有一千个小孩啊.还有一千个小孩怎么就肯定能赚钱了呢.
3. 为什么这样的中心至少2-5个?
4.为什么6500个打不住?

是蒙老外的。
MW和EDU的员工有一段谈话，关于在江苏？泰兴开办POP Kids Center，头三年一次性交
60-80万加盟费，每年交8万年费。平均一年花费是28万，加上其他费用就算60万。1个
小孩1年交600 RMB，就是1000个小孩就可以赚钱了。对于泰兴，1000个小孩不是问题吧
。怎么也要2-3个学校把。
就是说，如果EDU是靠这种franchises去开学校，全中国不可能只有650 centers。6500
是夸张，就是那个意思。
而且，report就是自相矛盾，录音里说，EDU只收franchises年费，不管业务，连老师
都不派，那么如何把这些franchise收入加到自己的报表里面？

告，“俞校长”语调平静。
浑水公司的指责重点包括：1，新东方未披露加盟及加盟店信息；2加盟及加盟店营收并
表不合理，存在财务欺诈；3，税收减免不合理；4，业绩增长问题；5，审计及审计费
问题。
在俞敏洪看来，浑水的指责大多断章取义，都是可以解释清楚的。在7月19日下午接受
《21世纪经济报道》的专访时，俞敏洪对浑水的指责一一回应。
在中概股眼中，浑水早已不陌生，从2009年开始，包括分众传媒在内的不少中概股都遭
受过浑水的做空袭击。而这一次对新东方的报告发布时间，也显示了浑水的“成熟”：
选择了新东方受SEC（美国证券交易委员会）调查的第二天。
7月18日，新东方（NYSE：EDU）宣布收到SEC关于VIE结构调整的调查函件，当日股价下

ER的确不好，但EDU claim这些和MW的攻击都有关系。
１、reputation soften 所以学生少了。
2、significant expenses related to the SEC investigation and defending
ourselves against the Muddy Waters unfounded allegations
between $8 mill and $10 million。花了不少钱啊。下次EDU肯定要加倍小心了，不会
随便回答任何一个问题了。

1、SEC的调查应该告以段落了。positive to EDU
2、还在高速发展中： representing year-over-year growth in the range of 25%
to 30%

making money, but who knows.
The dilemma for yoku and sohu video is, they are competing with tencent and
baidu. Yes, yoku had early edge because baidu and tencent didn't go into
video market at the very beginning. But now they are serious trying to beat
yoku. Look at ctrp. After baidu joined the party, ctrp was crushed. I won't
bet on yoku if the other side is evil penguin and baidu.

be honest, i don't like it. It does show some signs or at least it is
suspicious that management is trying to dig money out of company. Of course,
xin could still be real and management was just trying to get some free pie
. But it ruined their credibility. I just sold all my shares, still made
some money but really no need to step in muddy water even there is a slight
piece of evidence pointing to fraud on a small chinese company. |
