stage monitor has its own pro that it has its long throw and loudness as

something about its sound.
It seems that the real piano should sound "高音饱满温暖，低音冷艳充满磁性".
I play piano very often, mostly Steinway grands in music school, and
frequently attended piano recitals. It seems to me that the tune color of
live piano, especially above note C4, sounds warm, approachable and
welcoming, like golden sunshine from behind the dark cloud after a storm.

When you buy the seed, the bag will tell you what setting to use with what
spreader you got (usually 2 setting, one for overseeding, one for seeding)

1/2 to 1 inch is good.
4）铺STRAW
问题：现在春天容易起风，怎么能固定住STRAW不被吹走
If you water a lot, no need for straw
5）浇水
问题：是天天浇还是浇一次就可以了？
For the first 2 weeks, water at least 6 times a day, more is better, the
soil needs to be muddy all the time.
据说两周后就可以看到草长出来，等草长出来之后是不是就可 |

If you seed you will need starter fertilizer, normal fertilizer is too
strong.
You can seed and fertilize on the same day.
Just make sure you water a lot, ground need to be muddy. |

seed), it is best to seed in fall, but you want nice looking grass this
summer, do it now with some starter fertilizer, and don't forget to water a

the soil moist (need to be muddy if no grass is on it or spongy if there is
some grass already), otherwise the seed will not germainate.
Once established (after 30 days), it is better to water once a day in the
morning before sun rise (1 inch at least, if are not sure how long, set an
empty can outside to measure). You can skip the watering if rains.

我们在加州湾区，昨天刚下完大雨--不知道影响有多大。
木桩上的mark说明水曾经到过木头(如图)。
院子里有两个sump pump, 屋里正下方还有一个(如图，但是这个没plug in)。
现在只有一个plugged and functional。
请问问有经验的同学
1. 这问题有多严重？ house inspector 说 foundation 现在没问题。
it's not a deal breaker but it should be treated.
他建议找 licensed contractor 估价。
2. 这东西该花多少钱修？我看网上有公司做Crawl Space Encapsulation,
这个值得么，还是 fix pump 就好。这两种修法估计价格差不少
3. 湾区的同学若能推荐个 contractor 做这个的，不胜感激。 |

是啥大问题, 它的前后草坪(一般的草坪), 看起来青葱翠绿, 但一踩上前草坪, 才发现
有水积著(不踩上去的话, 就算近看, 也不会察觉有点muddy ), 后草坪相对乾一点, 那
几天也没下雨, 而在前草坪前头, 有几棵不大的树, 树前有条非常小的stream(其实就
是条小水沟)
我的问题是, 如果长年这么积著水的草坪, 是不是就不会看起来这么青葱翠绿, 而是会
有点苔癣moss什么的,那么, 我可以假设, 除非这是新种的草坪,我看不出来, 如果它是
几年的草坪,"看"起来是乾净乾爽的, 表示积水只是偶然？

My suggestion is 撒了草籽以后直接铺上 3/4 inch of top soil.
Water as often as you can for the first month. (ground need to be muddy for
at least 2 weeks)
Water twice a week for the first season (if no rain), at least 1 inch of
water each time so roots will go deep. |

括靠墙角的一边（gets a little muddy when raining)，几十年旧了，我想全砸了从
新从墙脚铺3尺水泥砖
所以1.不用锯.2.应该不厚

我的感觉是地板的颜色比较暗淡，墙壁又是白的PLAIN，
这种不宜选择看上去灰溜溜的颜色，显得很脏，
所以我选了这两个相对明亮CONTRAST大的，避免MUDDY或者
有黄色在里面的，当然只是我的一面之词，
没有实地看，你要避免脏和暗淡的感觉，看看哪一个
好一些。搞错了，我以为你要搞成TILE，不是搞厕所啊 |
