要象FDA提供新的有效证据。公司的R&D很弱，专攻这一个药，不过目前看来市场前景还
是很好的。这个季度开始4% dividend，不过payout很低。明年的earning会在$4左右，
也就是说 forward P/E不到5

if you compare Aetna policy statement in 2008 and 9-12 (recently updated)
there is no change in aetna policy at all. Yes, they might make it more
difficult to approve prior auth. but they are no denying acthar therapy
after steroid therapy fails. The updated policy on 9-14-12 states " This CPB
is revised to state that repository corticotropin is considered not
medically necessary for corticosteroid-responsive conditions because it has
not been proven to be more effective than corticosteroids for these
indications". Now, the keyword here is "corticosteroid-respon... conditions"
which implies acthar gel will not be reimbursed for patients who are
responsive to steroid therapy. However, no where it says it will not
reimburse for patients who failed steroid therapy. This is the language used
by citron and other short sellers and manipulated in their favor and
attacked the company by creating a fear and panic in the minds of investors
that other insurance companies will follow what Aetna did and qcor will lose
majority of its revenues. Coming back to the lawsuit, personally, I think
it will do no harm to the company since they are promoting their drug for
the indications that are fda approved. This is good buying opportunity at
this current level.
POINT: CITRON manipulated the wording to attack QCOR.
