代课教师存在的主要原因是没有正式教师愿意去偏远山区教学。他们的教学质量普遍来

，如果村里没有学校了，很多孩子也就失学了。这个不是教学质量高低的问题，是有没
有教学的问题。
一个多月前为OCEF和OSCCF募捐的时候写了一篇小文章，正好跟这个主题有关，再贴出

多年前有一张很著名的照片，常常出现在希望工程的宣传画中，名字叫“我要读书”。
画面上是一个小女孩，手拿铅笔，睁着一双大眼睛望着前方。每次看到那双眼睛的时候
