是外国人，怎么还有学生来找。
有一个学生，我对他印象不好，考试有小动作，虽然我们有什么证据，可是他明显和旁
边的一个学生说话。我想这种情况我还是不要些推荐信了。可是给什么样的理由拒绝学

If they ask me by emails, I just ignore those that I don't feel comfortable
to write recommendation letters.
If they ask me in person, I usually will tell them to write the request by
email and then I can decide later.
My suggestion is to avoid any face-to-face confrontation, even to the
students you don't really like. It's better to reject them implicityly or in
an indirect way. |

yet. I am thinking if I should talk and push them again. Every time I ask
them, they will say, yes, yes, that is my job, I'll write it...

he didn't like) in such a way:"Mr./Ms. xxx took my yyy class
and got a C." Just one sentence.

he did nothing wrong, but he misused others' trust. If he is my colleague,
I will keep away from him in the future.
Just say I do not know your well, so my letter cannot be very helpful. Try t
o find someone who is more familiar with you.
I think saying it in person is fine. It is not confrontation at all, on the
contrary, sounding quite reasonable.

果他们不行，再告诉我。
