eager to establish formal relationship with China ahead of US. They could
very well have pressured Japan into relinquish control of the islands, at
very least, establish the historical ownership of the island. I remember
reading somewhere that Japanese leaders were surprised at how easy that
issue was shelved. |

The best way was to not sign the treaty as long as Japan claim the island.
Let's just face it, Deng and his people completely misread the situation.
Japan was more in need of that treaty than China. The construction and
development that was starting in China is a huge business opportunity for

What I was asking is I saw an ad for a car, and that car is being sold by a broker. Thus, if I want to buy that car, I have to deal with this broker. And the price for the car this broker listed seems very reasonable, even a bit lower, when comparing to KBB and edmunds.com numbers. |
