30 hours is good enough to get a part time H1B, but how about the hourly
wage? Only you know now.
If your employer is willing to file for full time or part time H1B for you,

in many cases.

没有正式HR通知,一直可以远程登录公司机器,一直可以用公司email,他TMD告诉我说去
年就结束了??????

I listened the Alabama story, the truth is that the German guy drove a car
without tag, so the policeman pulled him over, then found him no US driver
license and German passport, only a German ID, the cop arrested him. Even an
ameircan drive a car without tag and driver license, he will arrested also.
So the German story is not immigration issue at all.
