到北京开两会之前，我去休斯敦参加了NBA[微博]全明星周末活动。当地人还是一
如既往地欢迎我，包括我的朋友、教练，曾经的队友、对手以及许许多多连名字都叫不
出的人，好像我并没有离开。这使我有了一种回家的感觉，因为我了解他们，他们也接
受我。
像我这样一个完全没有美国文化背景的人，是如何既保持自己，又融入美国的呢？
我的答案是，中国这片土地上孕育出的中华文化影响了我，正是中华文化的某些特质，
帮助我在国外与当地人交流的过程中，实现了沟通、理解与包容。
我们生活在一个全球化的时代。从某种意义上讲，我，或者说媒体上时常出现的那
个“YAO MING”，也是全球化的产物。没有中国的对外开放，没有NBA的国际化，也不
会有我这个外籍状元，以及以后的所有事情。但即使世界成为“地球村”，不同文化之
间也存在差异和误解。在这种情况下，沟通和理解就显得十分重要。

德州护照是姓写在前面，中间是逗号，后面是名。所以除非姚明在申请驾照填表的时候
把姓（Last name）填成Ming，否则他的驾照上和wsn一样也是Yao,Ming。Last Name不
能随便填，DMV要看姚明的中国护照，新版中国护照上的姓和名是清楚地分开两栏写的
，不能自行改变，所以姚明基本上没办法把驾照上写成和wsn不一样的Ming,Yao. |

国内朋友推荐我看Simply Ming这个做菜的节目，这是做蛋饼的一集：

起先看两个大男人（Ming和嘉宾厨师）在厨房里聊天做菜觉得好笑，不过行行出状元哪
。做菜的技巧真不少，比如打鸡蛋一定不能用打蛋器，否则气泡太多、蛋白蛋黄混合过
分均匀；做蛋饼用的蛋液要气泡少，蛋白蛋黄略有分开。最好用一柄叉子，顺着一个方
向，不多不少连打136次……附带迷信的烹调术很迷人。虽然从不做这种西式omelette，
不过做菜的视频真是赏心悦目，光是整洁明亮宽敞高端、十八般武器俱全的厨房就令
我叹为观止了，再加上青翠的菜蔬、娴熟的技巧，真是菜不醉人人自醉……

有时候还是宁愿去yong yong，不排队。聚喜喜欢的人很多，我觉得比较老广东风格，
里面黑黢黢的，不如新粤派的店舒服。但是那是Ming's开门之前排队最厉害的店，周末
有很多老广东全家三代，估计还是有过人之处吧。
温莎我们很喜欢，排队太厉害，经常懒的去，周末下午3-4点左右好像不怎么排队。
点心吃多了太腻，我觉得Cambridge常熟的周末自助不错，有一些点心和一些菜，品种
不多，但是相对少油腻一些，那些少量的品种大部分也做得不错。 |

起先看两个大男人（Ming和嘉宾厨师）在厨房里聊天做菜觉得好笑，不过行行出状元哪
。做菜的技巧真不少，比如打鸡蛋一定不能用打蛋器，否则气泡太多、蛋白蛋黄混合过
分均匀；做蛋饼用的蛋液要气泡少，蛋白蛋黄略有分开。最好用一柄叉子，顺着一个方
向，不多不少连打136次……附带迷信的烹调术很迷人。虽然从不做这种西式omelette，
不过做菜的视频真是赏心悦目，光是整洁明亮宽敞高端、十八般武器俱全的厨房就令
我叹为观止了，再加上青翠的菜蔬、娴熟的技巧，真是菜不醉人人自醉……

That's more money for Yao & LBJ.
Imagine T-Mac or Francis is as good as LBJ, how popular would they be in
China! LBJ overtakes Kobe's place in china the minute Yao goes to Cavs.
Plus Yao Ming does not have to shoulder all the offensive
responsibilities. LBJ would make it so much easier for Yao Ming.
Everything Z can do, he can do better, plus much more. Yao's career will
