out those rare but serious systemic conditions (mainly autoimmune):

I should be able to take a look and give you my impression. you will need
someone else to do further classification and grading.
high res whole slide scans are needed, not the standard microscope pictures,
because it looks like different parts of the sample arise from different
origins.
the author of the report you posted doesn't know how to describe slide

there is no microscopic description, there are contradictory reference to
the same sample (小肠间质瘤 and 小肠纤维钙化结节). they tried to appear
modern by doing numerous IHC tests, but the markers are poorly selected and
the "pathologist" didn't give any interpretation of the results.
basically, you cannot call these people "doctors." |

low quality, and I don't understand the treatment strategy either.
1. there is no description of microscopic findings, there is no way to tell
if the histological grading is correct or wrong. it seems almost all
pathologists in China have the magic power to give an unequivocal diagnosis
on everything.
2. stomach stromal tumor is rare, spleen stromal tumor is extremely rare. i

我右脚小拇指内侧突然发现一个大概直径3mm的黑痣 三个月以前突然发现 从针尖大小
长到现在2mm x 2mm 所以长得比较迅
外观看是平行线状色素分布，明显有三条平行的黑线组成。我研究了一下，
differential的诊断无外乎是肢端黑色素瘤或者一般黑痣 看网上论文说区分 acral
lentiginous melanoma in situ 和 Acral Junctional Nevus 的最好办法就是看看色
素分布是
parallel ridge pattern 还是 parallel furrow pattern 【1】【2】

众所周知，中国虽然是乙肝大国，关于乙肝病毒的研究最发达的国家却是美国。
所以，中国医生嘴里的吃饭不传播乙肝病毒当然是转述自西方流行病研究的成果。但真
要探究吃饭是否传播乙肝病毒，还得考虑以下因素。
1. 目前现代医学的看法是，乙肝病毒携带者唾液里面的浓度远低于血液，所以唾液传
播并不是乙肝传播的主要途径。但注意不是主要途径不代表不是途径。
2. 中国人共餐，几乎每天和家人交换唾液。
3. 最要命的是中国人（包括第一代移民）口腔疾病多，牙齿牙龈有伤口出血是常事，
受感染的几率大增。
所以最有效的途径还是通过打乙肝疫苗，实行分餐。

我主要做 cell mechanics, micronenvironment/cancer.
various microscopic imaging techniques (mostly fluorescence, include single
particle tracking, high resolution imaging)
最近也在做 nuclear pores/protein shuttling, genomics/chromatin architecture
／transcripption dynamics, mostly basic biophysical researches.
做的比较偏，不太好找啊。。
