比较对口的是COMPOUND MICROSCOPE，EITHER UPRIGHT MICROSCOPE, OR INVERTED
MICROSCOPE.配上100倍的油镜，比如100X NA1.4.分辨率大约在0.61×0.55/1.4 = 0.24

户纸吧。 不知道microscope君是否大驾光临过冬天的东北，吉林和黑龙江冬天11月到
来年3月的平均气温是－20度以下，12月到2月，－40度是家常便饭。抗日战争时期中国
跟日本的武器的先进程度对比悬殊，利用地理因素是可能胜利的唯一筹码，所以共军是长期在
山区游击占的。东北的山区在冬天没有任何食物，－40度的低温在室外根本无法过夜，
游击战行不通是显而易见的。在生活如此舒适的当代我且有南方的朋友说东北冬天根本
没法活，天冷，又只有土豆白菜吃。南方一场大雪不知道冻死了多少人，microscope真
的觉得两湖，四川的大将领袖们到了东北可以变成超人吗？：） |

First, it is hard to design a robotic system to distinguish crystalline
materials and precipitates (even experienced crystallographer will make
mistakes).
Second, the light source microscope has a resolution limit at 0.2 um, if you
want to get more advanced microscope to do finer screen, how many labs can
afford it? Remember, this is just the screening microscope, most labs will
spend money on plate setting up robot. |

因为是个大学城 这里类似技术员的职位一个月就出来那么两到三个
所以都很抢手
上个星期有个department chair回复了我的邮件：

who can oversee and train users on our confocal system and another
microscope system.
I will look over your application in detail.
我还以为挺有戏的，之前被培训过confocal,但是不能说特别有经验，我就实话跟她说
了，还告诉她我自己有很多microscope的经验，在之前的实验室里还in charge of 其
中一台。
但是信发出去快５天了，都没有收到她的回复，我觉得基本上是没戏了，不知道那样答
复她有什么错误吗？有点想不通她刚开始还貌似挺有兴趣，为啥一下就不给我回复了。 |

发帖数: 28562 | 10 哎，没想到这个帖子终于还是变成了一个校际坑。我昨天还试图阻止这个方向的。
首先，我想鲫鱼同学误会以为科大校友们先挑起这个话题的，但是其实那几个拿浙大和
科大比较的同学，在我印象中其实都不是科大的校友，所以，千万别生气。
第二，seraphzc 总结得很好，科大生科院有自己的特点，尤其是科大生科院已经有二
十多年历史了，在国内已经有被证明了的地位。虽然规模不大，但是特色鲜明而且水平
并不差。即使是那些比较老的实验室，也是经常能发PNAS 或者Nature Comm的，时不时
还能发个高端子刊。所以如果单纯从文章的角度来说，和美国一些50~100名的中游州立
大学其实已经差不多了。科大大规模引进海外人才也就是这5年的事情，最早进来的那
一批新人已经开始站稳脚跟开始发文章了，所以文章会越来越好，正刊也从今年的周荣
斌开始发了Cell开始有了。另外插几话，网上总有一个以讹传讹的说法说周是摘他前老
板的桃子，其实他前老板都死了快四年了，哪来这么多桃子给他源源不断的摘？
第三，我赞同bookmark 的看法，国内的不同地方无非就是去工作而已，争哪个学校比

发帖数: 2555 | 16 调水平靠一般常识就可以，最简单办法就是用个屏幕来标定你的高度，前后移动屏幕就
知道是否水平。
不知道你对collimation要求多高，实在很高的话有专门的collimation tester，不过
具体什么名字我忘记了，是利用干涉原理来实现，所以精度可以到波长量级。
small aperture耦合不知道你具体是什么情况，不好说。
建TIR microscope,你不用自己搭microscope吧，把前面的TIR部分搭好就完事。不过那样
几乎没有什么光路调节；最简单的translation stage和rotation stage就可以完成任务
。
如果你要自己搭microscope的话，哈，呵呵。

训练的。红外也可以推测分子结构，但是从来没有人说红外能够看见分子的
你连隧道扫描显微镜scanning tunneling microscope和 原子力显微镜atomic force
microscope的区别都不知道，别才是大学本科还没毕业吧。
连我为什么要专门列出了Cs-corrected TEM都不清楚，也请好好学好大学物理再说，了
解一下电子显微镜的最高成像精度吧
最后连STEM都能被你扯到SEM上去，你连dark-field 成像都不知道吧？
装的跟什么似的，原来国内三流大学毕业，美国不入流大学在读还好意思去扯，你也太

1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益
2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？

point.
There is a dip urine analysis that uses a stripe and tests heme, while
microscope analysis looks at Red blood cell. If you have heme from another
source, UA will be positive, but microscopic exam will be negative. A
typical example is myoglobin from muscle. If you exercise at lot, or had a
injury, it will be consistent. |

比较经典的prank，谁放洋葱谁傻瓜。
找了篇回贴, 我觉得第一段是不是就足够说明问题了？有人生病，人不生病，这很正常。
所谓洋葱有效的关键证据是病人床头的洋葱上布满了“感冒病毒”？in year 1919,
hehe.
While this is a nice little story about the 1919 flu, it is JUST that, a
story. It cannot possibly be true because you can’t see the flu virus with
a microscope! Even the best oil immersion compound microscopes today can
only see a particle about 1/2 micron in size, and the flu virus is
approximately one micron- that would have been a HUGE feat for emerging
technology at that time. |

忙搭手massage 敦促赶紧做完。结果，我去看看做怎么样了。他居然和我谈起冷冻显微
镜。说是每天开车都听NPR,今天早上在讲诺贝尔。
我一听，沉默不语了。白人根本就不是中国人能赶超的。他是工农出身的苦逼。所以家
里也没能力送去读名校什么的。但是每天都很努力。就是可惜家里负担过重，老婆白人
不工作。还有两个小孩。白妞不但不工作，还不带饭。每天外面吃快餐。最后连送他去
读part time PhD，公司出点，自己出点都困难。
就这样一个人，能每天认真工作，比大多数中国博士要认真。能谈论冷冻显微镜。今天
从清华到浙大一本的中国留美博士，没有一个说起冷冻显微镜。
就像老盖以前说的，如果你不是父母就是国内高学历高知识分子，或者高管，中国的农
村PhD,很少有去industry工作以后，保持下班以后继续阅读专业科技书的。
出非是华尔街，保险，考证，为了钱。那是无恙无恙的中国人。脑袋不是钱里钻，就是
往逼里钻。而且对待工作就像机车。 |

的都没有显微镜专用相机。就需要自带相机、adapter等器材，而且可以统一拍照条件
和质量。版上高手帮忙推荐几款合适的相机、附件和软件吧！
主要用途，连接到复式显微镜(compound microscope)或者体式显微镜(stereo
microscope)上，拍摄单张图片、连续摄像（几分钟到数十分钟，拍摄胚胎发育）和定
时时差拍照(time-lapse，每隔几秒或者几分钟自动拍照，持续数小时)。
刚刚看到这个视频，讲adapter的，挺适合我的需求。

不知道在相机、其它附件和软件方面还有什么推荐。刚刚在精华贴里看到一个关于m43
相机Panasonic LUMIX GX7和G7的介绍，感觉那个4k photo的功能用来拍time lapse似
乎很好。不知道能否通过软件或者硬件设置拍照的间隔，自动拍照数小时。关于软件编

肖传国教授在世界上第一个提出并证实 “人工建立体神经-内脏神经反射弧” 用于治
