time limit, it is a no ad game and receiving side can decide who to take
the serve on ad. But again my point is Tennis Is More of A Mental Game as
long as the skills are not that far apart(1.0+ in a double game). |

more:-). Regardless of the scores, most people do experience with short-term
mental break-downs from time to time in tennis matches. |

and felt I was gonna lose. Had to serve several 2nd serves on
those points too. I had to play pusher on some of the set points.
Finally I won, but I felt it was just completely luck. The match
was completely out of control.
So how to improve mental? |

得也不慢，attack型，killer instinct 。反手稍弱，失误稍多。他一般一个星期打3
次。
我先发。
第一个set, 都没破发4-4, 我发球，丢了发球。4-5， 4-6.
第二个set, 各破发一个，4-4, 我发球。丢了发球。4-5， 4-6.
第三个set, 各破发一个，4-4, 我发球。丢了发球。4-5， 4-6.
我打字慢，Copy-Paste 得很爽。
我最近打的不少，上旋发球也稳了一点，双误少多了。以前我被破发更多。现在回想，
其实以我的水平，能跟他打得这样接近，应该是非常高兴。但是三个4-4 变三个4-6，
实在时郁闷。
现在，跟他接近了，但是接近又导致了新问题，“紧张”。不像以前破罐子破摔。
希望大家说说Mental game， inner game，经验，和如何提高。 |

Like Phil Ivey said, many poker players have a break point, sometime you
just need wait till that point to get all their money. You do not get much
when every pro/reg play their A game. It is extremely true in HU game. |

a purely scientific point of view.
The physical benefit of sex (in moderation of course) needs not too much
elaboration. It's one of the essential things that get us moving, like
food, water and exercise. It refreshes our body, makes our skin glow and
