发帖数: 1230 | 31 周一(2/22)路跑10迈easy run正常.周二下雨改为gym里跑,同样10迈却辛苦异常.后3迈已经没有斗志和耐心,只好想象是在路跑:到小桥了,过河,转弯,pass Oracle buildings,转弯路过图书馆,到下个路口还有半迈就到了...才把body骗到'终点'.好几次都是这样,路跑一段后,刚转回gym treadmill时特别累,过几天才能习惯.
周三继续下雨,而且右腿膝盖上方肌肉有拉痛,开车踩油门时都能感觉到.熬到下班也没去gym,骗自己说回家晚饭后去高中track跑.结果饭后躺在沙发上就睡着到天明.
周四补周三的tempo,右腿还有点疼但经过一天的休息有好转,轻松完成.周五想补一个easy run,未果.
周六计划是16迈long run,准备加到20补mileage.Out and back:从家里跑到stevens creek trail南端,沿trail到北端shoreline park lake,然后原路返回.
刚一起步,发现右腿的不适已经发展到放射状的跳痛.只好低速启动,维持速度在能忍住的疼痛阈值以下,实在不能放弃这个long run.

1.先纠正你的错误！只有中国版才称85。所有其它版叫Mid Size。所以，SV版是PS
Midsize，not PS85
SV版有3个版本，50-60 LB版是不确定SV版。相同版本SV，有相同butt cap code。不相
同版本SV，butt cap code一定不同。我的HSQ拍，我就见过相同code。
至于code如何定义，我不知道，可能代表同一时期制造。
2.为什么50-60 LB版是不确定SV版。50-60 LB版有Red primer and butt cap code
ended with letter Q。这是两个主要方面大家判断SV版，虽然我的50-60 lb版满足这
两个条件，但是有高人告诉我这个版不是SV,是台湾版。
