发帖数: 34 | 6 开会和他们组里的人聊过，听到对照组设计的实际的情况和文章写的略微不一样，所以
对这个结果的推广性个人持怀疑态度。
感觉很多学术届做的基础工作，是有一个假说，然后拿到经费，所以有压力要产出对应
的数据，所以普遍疗效会更乐观。取决于用的老鼠，肿瘤的类型（从免疫角度来说，我
觉得transplantable tumor和实际情况差的很远）。我个人的经验是IDO,HMGB1,S100这
些做为靶点不成功的可能性很高。
我个人认为checkpoint绝对是个好的靶点，不过病人的长期的存活率，即便是melanoma
,不会到70%。而且副作用是个很大的问题，比如anti-pd1＋anti-ctla4。 |

right place. We just got an urgent referral to UCSF pediatric dermatology
clinic, but not sure how soon we can get in. Nonetheless, my son's PCP who
used to be a pediatric oncologist/hematologist strongly suggest us to get a
few second opinions on the biopsy slides, preferrably by dermatopathologists
(she has once sent a slide to 45 pathologist for diagnosis). So we still
need some names for good dermpath doctors.

Anti PD-1 drugs are available, but very expensive. One dose per month, cost
about $10K per dose. Opdivo is better than Keytruda, less label restriction.
I don't think these are first line treatment yet, of course BMS and Merck
are working on that. I believe Opdivo is first line for melanoma |

你在开玩笑吧，每一次医学上有进展不是靠基础科学，技术上的革命来推动的。
现在癌症的targeted therapy, 没有现在的sequencing technology, bioinfo,找到
mutation, 然后chemist合成compound, 然后optimize, 这里面都没医生啥事，医生就
是最后用药，这个人chemo, 那个人radiation.
你觉得基础研究没用，请你不要用任何的检测手段，不要用任何的药物，然后你们能干
啥？你们整天看不起中医，如果没有这些药物的武器，你觉得你们会和中医有什么区别
，知其然，不知其所以然。然后就是看见这个病人有melanoma, 知道他是因为braf
mutation造成的吗，有plx4720吗？俗话说久病成良医，说明医学很大程度是一个描述
性的学科，背一些知识就行，你说久病能成为物理学家，化学家，生物学家吗？

居东北的中年Caucasion, 有板有眼沉着冷静地讲述他的AIP symptoms, 相当经典的症
状，弄得PGY-2给开了各种lab test, 那几天大伙儿都努力学习AIP，还各种猜测final
Dx. 过了3天，pt终于说出腹痛严重，要求给drug。后来未等urine porphyrin结果出来
，拿到药直接走人了。到最后也不明真假，但肯定一点就是abuse medical fatality.
自从上周冰冻切片给个melanoma case (the ENT surgeon sent 20+ margins within
2hrs, together with another ENT big case that sent 10+ margins) abuse之后，
不得不对“medical abuse”一词严重鄙视。 |

维考公司正在研发的药物很多，和政府合作，开发预治艾滋病毒的疫苗。公司现金充足
，够烧到2012年，近期不用担心稀释圈钱，没有FDA，比较安全。主要炒点是二季度的
melanoma三期。
Allovectin - 7，第三阶段临床试验，治疗转移性黑色素瘤的产品。这个很牛X，非2上
映后，国内谈黑色素色变，到医院祛痣的人，比往年翻了好几倍。
TransVax，一二期临床试验，防止移植后病毒复发和疾病。
还有一些在早期研究中：
H5N1流感疫苗，一期临床试验。
H1N1甲流疫苗，临床前试验
CyMVectin，防止孕前和孕期感染，临床前试验
单纯疱疹2型病毒，研究中，没影儿。
庄家:
这个庄家是玩长期的，看起来很不错，图形走得很规矩，慢牛。
主力平均成本2块，花了7个月的时间吸筹，洗筹，老骥伏枥，志在千里。保守估计庄家
至少要拉到4块才能赚钱。

医药股的特点不是EPS，不是REV，（当然这些仍是成熟BIO的特点）对于研发阶段的BIO
