发帖数: 898 | 6 这个我要跳出来说一下，现在成功了的immuno therapy主要分两种
一个是antibody based，原理是癌细胞里的变异蛋白理论上是可以被自身免疫系统识别
为non self然后引起免疫反应杀死这些细胞的。但是由于癌细胞表达一些免疫抑制的蛋
白，导致自身的免疫系统无法识别这些细胞。现在的办法就是用抗体来neutralize这些
细胞表面的免疫抑制蛋白，从而重新激活免疫识别使癌细胞被杀死。在有的病人身上效
果非常好，有的melanoma patients在最初的治疗之后，十几年不需要任何治疗，也再
没有任何症状，对癌症来说，这就算使cure了。
另外一种使cell based，主要是对B细胞leukemia，原理是让自身的T细胞识别并杀死所
有B细胞。这种手段是personalized，在有的人身上效果也很好。
写这些的目的是说要相信科学，不要盲目下结论。当然癌症非常复杂，可能没法找到一
个疗法对所有人都有用，现在的另外一个方向就是如何通过诊断来提前判断病人会对什
么regimen有response |

也得达到古铜的效果，光靠太阳意思差点啊。。。。但indoor tanning对皮肤确实是有
伤害的，虽然现在还证实不了跟melanoma有casual的关系。。。。

黑大大的眼睛，签字交钱抱回了家。
一年 起初以为咪狗是哑巴，因为抱回家好久都没听她出过声儿。直到某天听见门外一
声吼，跑出去看见咪狗一只手搭在hallway的墙上，挡着室友的猫不让过，笑劈了我了。
二年 结婚了，咪狗开始了跟老头艰难的磨合，朝他叫，一摸就浑身僵硬，偷偷充满敌
意的瞄他。这年跟我们跨州搬家，乖乖的在carrier里坐了一天。
三年 咪狗左眼里起了一片雾一样的东西，医生开了激素眼药水降眼压，每天两次，全
家都很痛苦。医生给推荐了本地很好的眼科vet，建议眼球摘除，那段时间哭死我了。
手术很顺利，病理出来是melanoma，医生说在小狗里很少见，但是预后不错。咪狗回家
适应的很快，一周就活蹦乱跳了，就是跑高兴了经常撞墙。。
四年 一波未平，咪狗又开始偶尔的癫痫，吃上医生开的phenobarb，病情控制住了，副
作用也很明显，从20磅出头涨到近三十磅。从此老头开始换着狗粮买，配上减药量，体
重控制住了。
五年 娃出生了。抱回家第一天，老头给娃换尿布，娃哭，狗在后面扯着脖子吼。我心

肤癌，是第一个在这一类for unresectable or metastatic melanoma被批准的新药。
作用机理非常独特，通过调整免疫系统来阻止癌症的发展。 仅在美国每年大约有7万新的
皮肤癌患者，每一小时就有一个皮肤癌病人去死，很多分析显示，在2015年前，这个药
的sale就会达到1b。可是有一条分析深深地吸引了我：一个全程治疗费用需要12w刀，
而这12万刀从统计上仅仅能延长你半年的生命。我在想又有多少人愿意化12万刀去换取延

subcu。（以前试过另一个cell line,皮下注射也能有mets).
