有没有人知道一些机会, 推荐一下.
像neutron, x-ray, SEM, TEM, AFM, materials characterization skills的都做过.
以后的方向想做 磁性材料,特别是磁电耦合, correlated electron system.
去公司的话, 最近的职位,也就是mateirals analyst, materials scientist.不过比较
难, 不要我等wsn.

of-Material (BOM)折磨得够呛! 我的背景是工程的，因为项目的内容要用到基本的
cell culture（HeLa cell）, antibodies, immunoassay reagents等等，所以打算预
算 $15K 的材料费。独立以前用得很少，从来没有自己买过这些东西，都是合作实验室
的人提供现成的。现在要提供这些东西的价格明细，供应商，用量等等细节，实在头大。
Annoucement上的要求是这样说的, NSF/NIH 没有要求这么详细的，说一下大概多少就
行。DARPA管得太细了吧？！

Inspection reports says there is Asbestos like materials used as heating
ducts in the garage. And cost to remove it will be 2K, if it's real Asbestos
. (Asbestos is a known health hazard, and must be removed by qualified
company or technician by state law. It's a felony removing it yourself )

1. 2016 有agent 执照
2. 2016 4个月full time job，但不是跟房地产相关
3. 家庭收入>15W
4. 投资房自己管理, 符合每个房750hr 的条件。
5. 一个投资房的损失是 1.9w
我的状况是，虽然有agent 执照，但是并没有很积极的带人看房子，年交易额（1099）
也非常少。在没有full time 工作的时候主要打理房子。
这样的状况，2016 年是不是可以用materially participating real estate
professional 来避开15w 以上 passive losses 的cap.
如果，2017年我不当agent 了，也不full time 工作，自己打理投资房，是不是也可以

exam. The passing rate for April 2011 SE exam is 27%: http://www.ncees.org/Exams/SE_exam.php.
By the way, just a friendly reminder, before California eliminates its use of
the state-specific SE exam, CA SE test is not just a simple test. The board
of CA is very serious about this test. The seismic-resisting design in CA
is totally different from those seismic-resisting designs in east coast and
