Engineer，想请教有过类似经验或在Applied工作过的朋友有关Applied的面试及工作
culture方面的信息。因为我一直是在小公司工作，所以对Applied这种大公司的文化和
操作不是很了解。之前一个小公司只是和一个老板面试就过了，现在的小公司的老板也
是公司的CEO是在学校实验室就认识的。而且现在的公司是非常休闲的，基本天天t恤短
裤，老板都拖着拖鞋。
首先，Applied的onsite面试是不是很formal啊？要全套西装么，还是有衬衫长裤就可
以了？领带？
根据电话interviewer，如果onsite的话，会是和4-5个director加小组lead engineer
轮流一对一面谈。请问Director在Applied是什么级别的职位啊，是有实权雇人的么？
这样的面试一般都会问什么方面的问题？都是技术方面的，behavior方面的，。。。？
对于我应聘的这个职位来说，我的缺点是学历不是很高，优点是工作经验还比较长。不
