的是"premier 40k NPPMS 4YR"。这个“premier”代表某种特别类型的 prepaid
matainence么？
dealer解释说premier是给新车用的合同，说nppms是new car prepaid matainence
service的意思。不知道是不是这样。
另外我的车是柴油版，这个plan可以cover “fill up DEF”这项服务么？ |

机油还很多

unpolite. I just visited several recently and purchase a
toyota instead. The toyota dealers is much more patient
and graceful in term of negotiating and service. I know
they need to make money, but don't make it I have to
work for them to get the car. Why care? A hodna car? So.
No need to buy the $2000 warranty. It is very low
probably that the toyota car will break down before
100,000 miles if you do regular matainence. And you have

不过可能 A4 或者 A5 的动力性能比不上 G37 而且 感觉 audi 的维修服务还没有
infinity 那么好, 据说audi 的matainence 需要额外加钱?
说实话 挺喜欢 A5 的造型d,
G37 的外表有点太柔, 不过感觉动力更加强劲 呵呵 |

2. set trip to trip A.
3. turn off the key again, so you don't see any light on the panel.
4. press that trip selector stick down and turn on the key so you can see
all the
light on, but not start the engine. hole for 30 seconds and you can see
the
maintenance require light blink and then off.
5. smile and send me $100. |

一两万迈之后就可能开始suffer horsepower loss, MPG loss,
engine knock, engine misfire, etc. etc.
现在看来几个厂子都是打官腔搪塞过去，心里打的算盘都是最好用户没感觉，
感觉了MPG loss也容易deny (blame it on driving habits,
gas quality, regular gas on premium vehicle, etc.)，
直到warranty runs out就可以不管了。。。
VW, Audi下一代DI貌似有dual injection，对当前卖的和最近卖掉的

what you like in the real houase hunting, not just ask here. No boby can
decide but you. If you look enough houses, you will know taht you want a big
or small lot (front/back yard), Pay or not pay HOA fees, do yard work &
house mataining work or not do. |

location不错，走路上top 的elementary,middle school,high school. 都是10分钟以
内的脚程。
厨房remodel过，一楼地板都是tile,不用维护。
楼下有bedroom.
yard matain的不错，不需要动。
缺点：
面南背北。kitchen,family room,master bedroom朝北。夏天可能会凉快些，冬天虽短
，但还是怕 会冷。
年代稍旧 88年的。
lot比较小（4100），后yard比前yard 小。
bathroom需要remodel。
一楼tile会不会比较冷。
不在死胡同里。
整体不是特别满意，但是这个location的确很难找到房。
另外还有个不怎么靠谱的想法：考虑这个房子出租出去应该比较容易，大概research了
一下，rent大概可以cover 80%-90%的mortage.即使以后换房子里这个还可以继续租出
去。 |
