这里，老刀就有关乳腺癌的一个特殊问题给读者作一简要浅显的科普，以通过两个病例

给这边一位做breast cancer research 的朋友看了病理切片，诊断为
invasive carcinoma with ductal lobular feature, high grade; With DCIS and

手术完立刻作了chemo,这周六做left breast mastectomy并切除左腋下淋巴。
想问问，有没有可能在这边联络到医生，给看看片子，并讲讲美国这方面的一般做法及
最新进展，术后及化疗期间的恢复和药。 我知道没有检查过病人不能给诊断，但能给

另外，医生没有作穿刺（穿刺是biopsy吗？还是特指needle biopsy? 什么是surgery

refrigerated solution and needs overnight shipping. Prognosis of breast
cancer is more related with cleanliness of surgical resection. As long as
she had mastectomy and all the conventional therapies (chemo and radiation
therapy), I guess she will be fine. |

mastectomy. It even happens after 7 years, let alone one year. I am
surprised that the doctor can draw the conclusion without biopsy.
The recommendation of thymosin peptide is suspicious to me as well.
I think you should seek a second opinion at a large trustworthy hospital. |

发帖数: 427 | 20 妈妈13年底做mammogram发现有左乳有两个小肿块，都不到1cm大，BIRAD 5，做了
mastectomy，病理结果是triple negative breast cancer，手术过后做了化疗，AC序
贯T，一共8个疗程。在２０１５年11月的时候胸骨部位靠近锁骨的地方疼得很厉害，一
开始是发麻，后来越来越痛，发展到坐车的时候车的颠簸都会造成疼痛，做了骨扫描，
发现胸骨处有异常浓聚，同时在肩膀和髂骨也发现了浓聚灶。CT报告上写胸骨骨质密度
不均，怀疑骨转移。MRI报告也说肩膀和髂骨有异常信号。内脏目前没发现问题。
我想问一下
1. 根据这些影像学检查，是不是就可以断定是骨转移了呢？不是说三阴性乳癌骨转移
是很少的吗？需不需要做活检确认了？
２．国内的肿瘤科大夫给的治疗方案是每月用一次唑来磷酸，吉西他滨＋顺铂化疗６个
疗程，可行吗？

谢谢大家的关心。手术在星期二早上10：30做完了。医生说，该切的，都切了，要等1-
2个星期看看化验的结果如果如何。在医院里住了一个晚上。星期三下午出院。由于切
除了左淋巴腺，所以有2 个引流管挂在左面，每天要清理引流管的液体2次，这就是一
天最痛的时候，有的时候液体通过引流管被拽出来，那专心的痛，只有哇哇大哭。虽然
我没有经历过生产的痛苦（我是剖腹的），但我觉得这次手术比上次剖腹要来得痛苦。
有的人说，化疗比手术痛苦，但以我个人的经历，我觉得，手术比化疗痛苦。我没有很
大的化疗反映。该吃吃，该喝喝，没有怎么呕吐。接下来，就是10 月份的放疗（5周）
，最后是乳房重建。抗乳癌是一场长时间的战争。需要家人，朋友的支持，和自己的坚
强的信心。路是一步一步走下去的。奔个和小宝宝上周末在中央公园的动物园中拍的。

不一样的stage乳腺癌生存率也不同，发现得早的话，五年生存率可以达到百分之九十
以上。
手术mastectomy治疗的效果还是不错的。
给自己过大的心理压力反而无用。
