Just saw and test drove the CLA 250 FINALLY
Just test dove the CLA 250 at my neighborhood dealership. They are putting a
$2991 markup on the car right now! They said preorders are not getting
charged the markup so that's kinda cool i guess.
Here's some pictures (non sports package) and my thoughts on the car. Got
the keys to a base CLA and just played around with it. The car's exterior is

而且配置文件本质上是另外一种语言
并不是java特有的
如果都是java，反而不容易错
因为java约束很强，顶多弄点nullpointerexception之类的
但是用上了配置文件，markup language的约束
那是要弱太多了，json什么乱写都可以
不少问题就出在这些上，这其实是markup language的问题 |

11年旧的车， 才贷$6000多的贷款上。 12% 还以为银行赚了N多钱。 不说6000多的车
贷， 一万一下几乎没有多少银行愿意干的。 有的会到7500. 现在市场是贷1万以上，
一般新车2%左右， 但5年以上的旧车就到4%左右了。 有的会到低到7500， 但利率8%左
右了， 而且以上上的利息， 是给高信用分的人的。
如果7500一下， 利息就会更高。DEALER 会MARKUP 一般不超过2%， 但LZ 的应该
MARKUP 的比这个高。 但DEALER 并没赚到多少钱， 因为贷款少。
你们还以为银行赚了很多钱， 你们连基本的商业知识都没有。 贷款的成本贷25000和
贷6000是一样的（除了资金成本外）。 12%在6000贷款上赚的钱， 并不会比6% $12000
的高。 而且贷款低， 贷期一般短， 银行更难赚到什么钱。
还有那个说美国法律规定提前还款不罚钱， 更是胡扯八道。 这种东西本来就是州法规

1. markup：最快下周开始
2. markup过了以后众议院讨论，距离（1）2-4周
3. 讨论结束后schedule一个投票日期，距离（2）2-4周
4. 如果众议院通过，bill发到参议院，一周。参议院schedule一个时间讨论，
应该距离（3）2-4周。
5. 讨论结束后，看是否有重大修改。如果有，打回众议院重新讨论投票，时间无法估
计。
6. 如果没有重大修改，schedule投票日期，距离（5）2-4周
7. 两院全部通过，送交总统签字，两周到一个月
总共时间半年左右。
以上是最快的时间表。如果任何一步出问题，都可能拖上无法估计的时间。
但此法案通过的几率太低，最最可能的情况是，2010年之前排期的EB2C们白高兴一场，
老印失败后继续奋斗。 |
