么表决amendment. 而且参议院已经不会在办听证会了。从现在开始就是议员投票了。
委员会里不能filibuster.月底就可以把bill给reid了。至于floor debate.那就是

等同于贩毒。
文章还指出，把非移跟贩毒者放在一起定罪，显示出house GOP在移民问题上的极度反
对立场。
最后，文章指出，让1100w非移在法官面前认罪，将会把非移转正后交的tax都浪费在
legal process中。（认为认罪只需要交张纸的可以歇了）

法案还没上committee markup呢，什么同性恋、非移等同于贩毒来认罪都出来了。美国
政客的演技真是我国影帝都比不上。每天看政客操作移民改革，真比看戏还精彩。
最后还是得喊一句：6月过法案，8月拿卡！！

民主党本来就是吃定劳模，这次不过是拿出来bill让人们吃个定心丸。
共和党这次是rubio跳出来组织的，credit已经能拿到了，16年选总统rubio至少不会被
label为anti-immigration，至少我心里开始对Rubio有好感。
目前两党轮流演戏，什么poison bills都往里扔，同性恋法案一放进去这个bill基本和
死没区别。
最后指望奥黑拿个bill出来投票更是扯蛋，只有bi-partisan的bill才有过两院的可能。
这次只能看markup和参院投票结果，但前景已经不是非常乐观了，说老实话，这个bill
能过两院的可能性不比去年的3012好。
今年这个bill实在不走运，碰到boston事件，大的经济状况也不好，阻力相当大。
不是洗洗睡党，但是可能真得谨慎乐观了 |
