San Diego聖地牙哥這個城市，在距離LA南方約二小時車程的位置，如果住南
一些，一個多小時就會到，所以是一個蠻方便去玩的地方，當天就可以來回沒問
題，一般想到這個城市，最有名的就是San Diego是美國Biotech生化科技產業
最集中的一個中心，在旅遊上Zoo動物園和Sea World海洋世界也極為著名，這
個城市本身也非常值得一遊。從LA過去，走5號往南，在途中還有一個Outlets，
剛好可以休息一下，就是Carlsbad Premium Outlets，在Palomar Airport Rd下往
北就會看到，隔壁是The Flower Fields，有荷蘭風車和美麗的花田，每年春季開
花時就會開放，Early March through early May。1887年落成的Neimans Restaurant
是維多利亞風格古建築，現改名為Ocean House是Carlsbad著名的懷舊餐館。

该名被怀疑精神有问题的43岁疑犯史提逊(JAMES PAUL STANSON)，由纽省MARITIMES驾车
来到多伦多。他周三晚到达多市以东里斯利街与EASTERN大道附近的沙滩区公园内，打算
利用车厢内收藏的大批子弹及枪械，进行疯狂的乱枪杀人计划。

明朝中后期世界白银为何大量流入中国

【提 要】明代中后期的1550年代至1800年代，中国保持巨额贸易顺差达两个半世
纪之久，这在世界贸易史上实属罕见。巨量白银流入有两个原因：贸易顺差和套汇。文
章考察了这两个因素形成的机制。与晚明时期类似，当前我国也出现了持续的巨量贸易
顺差。究其原因是政府对贸易的干预政策所致。本文认为，不能简单地评判贸易顺差的
优劣，关键是贸易顺差与经济发展水平、经济结构等因素是否相适应。

台湾渔船“金亿稳号”11月4日在印度洋的赛舌尔经济海域失去联络，全速向索马里开
去，台湾当局判断是遭到索马里海盗劫持，展开营救。台湾渔业署最近表示，根据船主
通报，该船船员群起反抗，夺回渔船，有3名船员受轻伤，渔船已经与前来保护的英国
船舰会合。劫船的6名海盗落海，他们的命运和这个事件的详情目前还不清楚。

有朋友发信问我关于俄罗斯侵占我国领土怎么看？我本来就想直截了当地说不要再指望
了，中国和俄罗斯在1991年签订了《中苏国界东段协定》，在2004年签订了《中俄国界
东段补充协定》，已经完全确定了东部的边界。条约都签了，还能怎么样？
在不违反国际法的情况下，要推翻已经缔结的条约，要不像德国和苏联一样不要脸（同
样是违反条约，德国和苏联是有不同待遇的，小胡子进攻苏联叫撕毁条约，大胡子进攻
日本叫废除条约），要不只能祈求改朝换代。奥本海姆国际法中谈到，在国际法中，后
朝有权不承认前朝所缔结的不平等条约，这符合国际惯例。
但想想这不是一个认真的态度。于是，我认真地翻了一下史料，却给我看出了一些眉目
。东北大陆上的领土大概是没有什么漏洞了，但是库页岛，这个面积达到7.5万平方公
里的岛屿，其实在法律上还是有不清晰的地方的。如果套用中国在领土问题上的逻辑，
说成悬而不决的库页岛问题可以再议，实在并无不可。

威廉·古斯特洛夫号（德语：Wilhelm Gustloff）是一艘纳粹德国邮轮，由布罗姆与沃
斯船坞（Blohm + Voss）所建造，她的名字是来自纳粹党瑞士分部的领袖威廉·古斯特
洛夫，于1937年5月5日下水。在二战末期，此船用来载运遭苏联红军围困在东普鲁士的
德国人（包括平民及少数官兵），最后在1945年1月30日于波罗的海被苏军潜艇发射三
枚鱼雷击沉。遇难人数估计由5,300至9,931人不等[1][2]，是泰坦尼克号的六倍有多，
成为历史上遇难人数最多的海难。凑巧的是，当天正是威廉·古斯特洛夫50岁冥寿，也
是希特勒上台的12周年。
