了好多钱，仔细一看，Marital status：single. LD 说当时填W4时,human resource
的人要他填single.理由是配偶是Nonresident alien.我是F2来美，来美也已超过5年，
现持F1自费，无社会保险号，但是有税号，去年报税我们就是一起报的。请问这种情况
在填W4时，按我的理解Marital Status就应该算Married。请问，这样理解对吗? |

F，所以我首先声明一下我的EX是中国人我不是外F， 还有真要请律师的话可不可以对
