这里非常好，一是环境不错，小区很大，全小区都有SIDE WALK，二是MAINTANCE服务非
常好，随叫随到，24小时服务，我有好几次忘带钥匙，一个电话立马有人帮我开门，话
说要不是因为有孩子太闹需要搬家，我还真舍不得这儿。对了，一三五还有免费早餐。
有啥问题尽管问我吧，我在这儿住了六年了。 |

，80年旧后会怎么办？
对于HOA,其实我现在的感觉,并不是那么可怕。如果management管得好的话，其实
building的maintance做的比一般的SFH可能更好。比如换屋顶，siding，exterior
painting，termite check这些都是到时间就做的，而且做的都是有licence的
contractor。。而SFH有的owner不太懂的话，就会skip啥的。小区环境总还是好点，绿
地啥的都是有人管着的。。。当然房子旧，要改成modern floor plan是很难的，其它
内部装修还是可以弄的。。。。 |

你这个里面有些因素我不知道计算了没有:
1。 买房/卖房的成本；
2。 你确信这个房子一年能有2%的appreciation?
3。 你的房子的每年的maintance cost?
不过anyway, 90K的房子真是便宜。如果我们这里这么便宜，我无脑跳了。最多吞个90K
的毒药，what the heck。
问题是如果吞个600K的毒药，能不能吞的下就得好好想想了。 |

2006-2007.
I really don't know how much this is. I guess I will take a 2bedroom condo
or single family house. The cost will be around 200 per month for condo fee

我要的这个，owner 98年327K买的，然后renovate了一下，算他花23K吧，350K。
07年就涨到了现在这个价了，可能还略高一点。
10年涨了86%，年率6.4%。
再算上他tax, maintance，估计也就是5%的样子。
这还是最好的10年。房地产要不是靠mortgage的杠杆，根本就是个投资毒药。 |

GYM灯只有一半被打开的，我站在半明半暗交界处,心里正打算着要不要躲起来。此时听
到女更衣室的门开了，脚步声向我传来，既然那人这么大胆肯定是我多心了，于是我摆
出一个友善的笑脸，想着定是个爱运动的女生或象我一样无聊的大婶。谁知，是个中年
壮男！！他摆出一副打个招呼就走的表情象我打了个招呼。我把笑容冷冷的收起，作出
一副没有表情的脸，一言不发。他转身走到了门口，但是并没有离开，而是在门口站住
了。我没带手机离公用电话很远，觉得有点不大妙。于是我大步向前，拿起了两个哑铃
，怎么着吧，老娘根你拼了！！我环视四周，第一个哑铃我决定砸向GYM的玻璃外墙，
那定是轰天震地的一声，security应该立刻会发现的吧。第二个哑铃我决定砸向那男人

put some thing on paper saying the cleaning service never happen? You may
try small claim court. But with University like this, they still could say
the date of cleaning serivce is a staff mistake...as long as they can provde
the bill they get for cleaning serivce if they hire a out side cleaning

面做也还好,没有dealers说的那么恐怖. 就在我决定不换了的时候. Navgaion那个
computer突然起不来了,黑屏,一会儿闪一下白屏. entertainment,电话bluetooth也是
那里控制.等于全down了. 关engine重来也一样. 过了一个晚上,今天在开,又好了. 以
前也有过一次起不来,本来想找dealer看看,自己又好了,就忘了这事. 现在又来了. 是
电路问题吗? 如果这个坏了,修贵不贵? 我又有点犹豫要不要换车了. 最近我肯定要送
去dealer给看看,反正还有warranty. 就怕出了warranty再出毛病. |
