Lyon Oil and Appliance Express 两个公司都回信了，现在Lock太早，但也没说夏天
会更好.他们现在当然不会说夏天更好了。
想跟我们一起group的，4月底到期后先不要着急锁吧，反正夏天也用不了什么oil. 等
到夏天跟ID ebay123 (Acton group）他们一起谈吧。

2) $85 yearly fee to join the group deal (if you use 850 gallon/year then
with this fee 3.349 becomes 3.449)
3) $99 cleaning
4) if crude oil drop below $90 then all group rate reduce to 2.899 (pie in
the sky, but could happen:-) )

以前签约的时候，就sign up 了 heater tune up， 他们从来不call you to schedule
one, 等我意识到这一点， 就去约了，他们表示不知情我签了这个，但是我翻出当时
签约的双方签字的合约，确实我有要求，心里有点生气的，觉得既然我已经在合同上签
约，这个应该是fuel公司在冬天开始之前，主动跟用户schedule appointment to do
it，
后来就约了昨天早上10点
我中午的时候跟加州的分公司有个会，我当时想，这个做完过去办公室应该来的及。 |

术活，你真不知道这家要耗多少时间的。总机那里给的都是个囫囵时间，service
people一般会在刚忙完前一家的时候打个电话告知一下，如果差个几家，他也没法估计
时间不是？
退一步，即便他们做的不好，冲总机发火也没有必要。不是谁都要围着她转的。
不过mitbbs要少上还是对的，多上不宜。 |

我也觉得，大多数field service, 如果不需要talk to client, 譬如割草，施肥，扫
雪，加油，确实很随意，但是需要和客户有交流的field service,一般还是有一点准时
率的，不准时的话，contractor基本会打个电话来。 |

今年决定不想用它了，它寄letter来的时候，没有理他。可是他们却主动fill了我的
油箱。并且charge了市场价$3.399/gallon. 我以为我没有通知他们停，所以就打电话
过去。他们说给我$2.999/gallon的油价，平且说帮我tune up. 我以为它们的tune up
是free的，所以就口头同意了。但是他们charge了$100 tune up fee. 还有$85 cap
fee. 所以想想还是不想要他们了。因为我的heating system 比较老，怕万一有问题，
每次用他们的服务都要收费。就书面通知他们cancel service.并按市场价付了油费和$
100的tune up 费。 但现在他们还要我付$85 cap fee. 如果不付，就一直charge 1.5%
的interest. 大家觉得我应该付吗？我没有书面签字，但口头同意的。

谓了。
我就是这么跟Lyons公司闹翻的，也是工作日请假等了一天他们，人没有来，也没有电
话通知，理直气壮地跟我说，service就这样的，不可能没有意外，也不能守时间。
后来想想，确实 outside service服务情况很多的，不见得能守时，公司大的，有back
up team的才行。但是等一天没有等到，是很懊恼。 |

老美根本连hinsdale提都不会提. 他们觉得la grange lyons township 已经非常好了.

收入不高，没法考虑到 Hinsdale 买房。 Hinsdale 租房子又担心孩子与同学攀比有压
力。

怎么感觉 Western Springs,, La Grange 有些地方小学和高中也不错，就是亚裔极少
