human lymphocytes. General treatments include radiotherapy, chemotherapy,
bone marrow or stem cell transplantation, or combined therapies. Prognosis
is dependent on specific stages and some other factors. It is not as bad as
cancers of liver, lung, etc, but much worse than those slow-progressing
cancers such as breast, prostate cancers...
So find a good hospital and start the treatment as soon as they can. |

hematologic problems. you will receive lidocaine to numb the area. it's a
easy procedure with some soreness after it's done.
it can be used to check all kinds of hematologic problems, aplastic anemia,
myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic/acute myeloid/lymphocytic leukemia, etc.

宝宝29周因为妈妈大出血刨腹产出生，体重1350Gg，现在33周+5天，体重2080g,
男。现住NICU.
出生以后在呼吸机上不到一天即可自主呼吸，给少量氧气，三天以后就正常自主呼吸了。
开始有黄疸问题，照蓝光两次以后好了。
从出生后第三天开始母乳喂养，从4CC/FEED提高到现在的40CC/FEED了，现在每天喂8次
，有两到三次的瓶喂。
母乳的量上去以后体重增长得很快，但每天有ANPEA/BRADY的问题，大概一天有4、5次的
样子，瓶喂以后这个症状比较明显，特别是在喂食以后。
前天护士发现大便外边有血丝，怀疑是肛门处的血管出血，开始密切关注大便，同时停
止在母乳里加入FORTIFIER。昨天又在大便里发现血丝（用肉眼看不到，需要用试剂显
示，但是是在大便里面包裹的）。大便次数和形状颜色都正常。
腹部比较胀，但是护士医生触摸以后都说宝宝肚子不算硬，可他平躺时肚皮上比较大的
血管肉眼可见。事实上，两周以前妈妈就觉得BB的肚子比从前大，眼皮和小腿好像有些
浮肿，但是医生看了以后说没问题。后来肚子大的问题一直都有，眼皮肿时好时坏。

evidence to show there has ever been such a tumor.
the marrow biopsy report only showed increased number but failed to show
anaplastic or clonal features in the lymphocytes.
also, for morphological examination of marrow cells, marrow aspirate is much
more sensitive than biopsy.

病人女，49岁。
家族史
母亲：2008年元月因突然双臂疼痛，由医院诊断为类风湿性关节炎，当时用激素治疗了
一个月，其它的药吃到当年的8月份停的，到当年的10月份基本治愈；之后一直自我感
觉良好，未在检查、治疗。直至2013年初，因发热去医院检查发现肺部感染并间质性改
变，白细胞、血小板减少，作进一步检查最后确诊为红斑狼疮，现服用美卓乐及羟氯喹。
弟弟：十六岁左右确诊罹患牛皮癣。
侄子：今年21岁，日前确诊罹患牛皮癣。
病史
1995年的4、5月份患带状疱疹（Herpes zoster）
1996年初，开始出现乏力、精神差等症状， 1996年6月确诊为慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎合并
甲状腺功能低下，同时开始做甲状腺素替代治疗。
1996年8月初开始出现不明原因的发热，此后常有连续几天的低热，用抗生素和抗病毒
药物治疗无效，但查不出原因。

今年1月底，乳房剧痛 红肿，然后有肿块。很大。等约到医生做超声波就是2月中了，
但是当时肿块已经没有了。
等了1－2个月好像又有肿块，5月突然我觉得摸到很大一个（5cm 多）肿块，做了超声
波，医生 ""quite vascular, hypoechoic colletion, and more suspicious for
infection" STILL 建议biopsy。
biopsy pathology test 结果是 diagnosis is granulomatous mastitis.

然后医生让我等他自己好。
等到10月份还是没有消，我就要pcp给我看了specialist

apparent symptom of her illness is the swollen of lymph nodes matching the
pattern of menstrual cycle, only this time there's a fever. I don't know
much, but menstrual cycle is related with hormone, right? Thanks for the
suggestion, I will definitely look for an Endocrinologist right now.

妻子刚过了34岁生日，家里一个3岁一个1岁娃。接到大夫电话自己都傻了，到现在不是
很相信，恳请版上热心的朋友帮忙看看这个确定的概率有多大，感激不尽。另外如果有
好的南加地区的 ONCOLOGIEST 也恳请推荐。
大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了
，给refer了GI specialist,也没说什么就说要注意饮食。今年3月初又一次疼痛难忍，

瘤白血病，不知如何准确翻译），对病人也有要求（who have 17p deletion (
deletion located on the chromosome 17 short arm) and who have been treated

是种靶向药，用于特定的病症，不是治疗所有癌症的药。
国内同学父亲的病，一种慢淋巴瘤白血病。医生推荐这种药。要买的话，要怎样才能买
到？

还是说必须病人来美国，医生看了才能开处方药？

临床上有sepsis的迹象嘛？
建议如果持续都狠低，就要avoid live vaccine, use CMV free leuk irradiated
blood product if transfusion is needed. start antibiotics prophylaxis for
opportunistic infection. 持续低，估计就要查immunoglobulin level, lymphocyte
subset了。现在看着还不需要。

不知道是不是mmr+flu shot太强了，礼拜四打的，礼拜六就发croup住了院，当时是呼
吸都困难了，医生说是virus infection，给了类固醇的药。礼拜天discharge，回家还
是不好，昨天又去了ER，在ER发烧100.6，现在中性粒细胞（neutrophils）跌到100，
正常值是1300-7500，免疫系统很弱，病房门口贴条说让进出都洗手，有病戴口罩。医
生跟我说，这种是rare case， 一般小娃打了类固醇，很快就会好，现在5天都没好，
而且还发烧，情况不大好。而且今天的血指标比昨天还低，明天会让血液专科的过来看。
我当时眼睛就红了，医生一走，对着还蹦蹦跳跳的娃就哭了，女儿看见我掉眼泪，眼睛
瞪得大大地看着我，然后做小眼睛朝我笑，拿着故事书给我让我讲。
当时就想，要是娃有点什么事，我也不要活了。只要她好起来，让我怎么都行。

罗（Clenbuterol）等。将瘦肉精添加于饲料中，可以增加动物的瘦肉量、减少饲料使用、使肉
品提早上市、降低成本。但因为考虑对人体会产生副作用，各国开放使用的标准不一。
瘦肉精是一类药物，而不是一种特定的物质，是指能够促进瘦肉生长的饲料添加剂。任何能够
促进瘦肉生长、抑制肥肉生长的物质都可以叫做“瘦肉精”。
目前，能够实现这种功能的物质是一类叫做β-促效剂（β-agonist）的药物，比如在中国造
成中毒的克伦特罗（clenbuterol）和美国允许使用的雷托巴胺（Ractopamine）。
瘦肉精在上海曾经引发了几百人的中毒事件。而在台湾，由于从美国进口的猪肉里含有瘦肉
