的结果。如果这个rule可行的话，imagine this:
- hotel可以overbook房间，每个房间可以3:1的booking, 你可能在正睡得熟的时候被
一丝不挂的赶出去，因为尊贵的pay的更高的客人要入住。
- 你去看beyonce的演唱会，被告知所有座位3:1的overbook, 因此即便你买了票你也不
能入场观看。
- 你去买房子，所有房子都是3:1的overbook, 即便你已经付清全款，依然不能入住。
问题的本质是，我交了钱买了票，航空公司已经把钱赚到，我来不来乘机跟你一点点关
系都没有。航空公司的这个overbook rule完全是店大欺客，lobby politicians, 和
Washington狼狈为奸的杰作。要解决问题，就要从根上废除掉overbook rule. |

2. 我没有觉得富人有原罪，是富人为了自己的利益贪得无厌而通过各种手段(尤其是通
过lobby而使其各种敛财手段合法化)来斩断其他人的上升途径有罪。没有绝对的公平，
因此相对公平是需要的，而在现有制度下，富翁的lobby对law的公平基本是
obstruction,造成了law对他们的单边有利性，这点是我反对的。 |

，制度是最好的。他们不会去想法律是怎么通过的，法律是谁写的。他们在从小被人告
知百遍千遍的谎言中编织着那个幼稚的梦。任期制这个最起码的防腐败机制居然没有，
