2. It seems that you are on Oracle 9i up, thus no need
to config listener.ora. Listener will detect instances
automatically. If this is not true, check listener.ora
first.
3. Can you connect with sqlplus @ipoll?
If not, check tnsnames.ora
4. If you are using advanced features like connection
manager or name servers instead of local naming, check
up the documentation to see if you have them configured

我又做了几个测试：
1. 因为我记得公司里可以访问我的家里个人主页，
所以怀疑公司firewall封了所有port，只留下port 80.
我把家里http listen port改为443, 8080, 36883 (random)，
在公司vpn下访问，都可以。我相信在公司内网下访问也没问题。
但是我把http listen port改为22 (ssh的listen port)，
这样就访问不了我的主页了。
这个实验的结论是：公司并不是封了全部的port只留80，
还有很多port都没封。但是，port 22肯定是封锁了。
2. 然后我又做测试把我的sshd listen port改为443, 80。
如果不在公司的vpn下，就都可以putty ssh连接。
如果在公司的vpn下，就都连不上。
这个实验说明什么？：
是不是说明公司vpn不允许ssh或者putty的连接，封的是这个协议？
因为根据实验1，它并没有封这两个port. |

其实，就是拉枪栓的声音，都不这么危险：至少它不告诉对方，我没子弹了。
查到了这个，在韩战中，美军采用“双枪制”：两人配合，一个打，一个压满子弹等着
；等到“砰”一声弹夹弹出，对方露头时，压满子弹的那个就正好开火。
