指“庄家”。技术意义上的market maker当然存在了，是市场的必要参与者之一，提供
liquidity。普通的brokers为散户提供liquidity，大银行为机构或大客户提供
liquidity。几乎是稳赚bid－ask spread，历史上的大部份时间里，liquidity
provider对市场和价格的影响几乎可以被忽略（？？）。不过最近针对high frequency
trading的调查，是怀疑那些大银行还有一些exchange利用高频交易和比public提前获
取bid ask quote来操纵交易，这种“刮头皮”式的manipulation，在每个交易者身上
赚钱，积少成多。但好像也不会引起价格的大幅涨跌。我不是金融科班出身，只是根据
平时读到的东西感觉出来的。如有错误，还请专业人士指正。 |

liquidity成交
举个简单的例子bid/ask 9/10的call在9-10之间本来是没有liquidity的，但是你下一
个9.5 limit的单可能会有algo take liquidity，于是就成交了。但是作为多腿中的一
条腿是不可能在9.5成交的，而必须在9或10成交或者等bid/ask变化
解决1的办法就是迅速开仓，前后差1秒也比同时开仓效果好不少

liquid indicator变色的，不管液体和故障是否有关，warranty一概失效，这是写在
warranty里面的。
我之前有个iphone，可能是下雨拿出来用导致liquid indicator被trip变色，后来锁屏
开关断了，但手机内部工作一切正常的情况下拿去换都被拒绝，就因为liquid

疾病。 控制高血压，高血脂，吸烟这些危险因素重要啊。这里的医生/医学生并不知道
具体的病情，什么样的症状和遗留的功能损害，所以最多只是提供一些建议。
肺炎是中风病人的常见并发症之一。 60% 是由于中风导致的吞咽功能失调，包括咽喉
肌肉的运动和感觉功能，或其他原因等等而导致的吸入性肺炎。 可能是吸入口咽的细
菌，也可能不是细菌，是化学物比如胃酸对肺部的刺激等。 如果是细菌感染，胸部X光
片应该可以看出。留深部痰做多次药敏选择抗生素应该能够找到合适的药物，如果是吸
入性肺炎，抗菌素是一线的clindamycin克林霉素，或ampicillin-sulbactam氨苄西林-
舒巴坦。头孢，环丙沙星等其他的抗菌素不是很推荐的。如果是化学性的或者气道阻塞
导致的肺炎，抗菌素是不管用的，只是支持肺部的呼吸功能的治疗。所以，根据病人的
具体情况，看他到底是那种原因导致的肺炎，好治疗和预防。

首先要说的是RISK 是个很宽泛的职能，在讨论之前有必要对其进行大致分类。根据我
在SELL SIDE 的经验，RISK 可大致分为以下四类：OPERATION, LIQUIDITY, CREDIT 和

1． OPERATION。顾名思义，所有影响企业运营的都能归入此类，所以包含的内容也

做空大经济体，纯技术角度，一是得有工具，二是得有leverage, 三是得有liquidity,
从来没听说过用股票做空某个经济体的，道理很简单，盘子太小，股票仅仅是链条中
最后的一环或者说做空或者做多的结果而已。 这就是为啥都用外汇，bond等当做工具
，前者leverage大概40多倍，后者30倍左右，IB玩可以更高。
最近的case就是paulson等一帮人, 那时候一没工具，二没leverage, 三没交易的对方

”。

发现电场控制下，液态金属与水的复合体可在各种形态及运动模式之间发生转换的基本
