趁mother's day event 25% off我跳了lz推荐的睫毛膏，还有一个Flawless Skin
Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF15跟一个magic liquid powder。
睫毛膏呢，有点失望，可能是因为lz讲的这么神奇所以expectation太高，但我用着没
有象lz说的睫毛被拉长到不敢刷更多层的惊艳效果，没觉得有任何出奇的拉长效果，就
是普通拉长，很多其他睫毛膏都能做到的拉长而已。刷到睫毛上不是最smooth的，睫毛
上还是会产生一些不顺畅的块，但有一个好处，很多其他睫毛膏我用着没有的，就是滋
润不晕不掉渣。大部分我其他的睫毛膏用着都多少会晕会掉渣，不是因为防油能力不够
被晕染，就是因为干之后随着眨眼扇动睫毛而掉细渣，或者both。而这个没有。所以我
有点纠结要不要退它。
flawless skin我还蛮喜欢。实际上我对liquid foundation经验不多，或者说至今不知

其实游泳池的维护很简单，甚至比割草都省力。
每周的维护：
如果请人弄，我们这里是一个月60-80
如果自己弄，估计200-300一年。
下面讲讲怎么自己维护
需要的工具，捞网（捞树叶和其他脏东西），长柄刷子，pool vacuum.这些屋主应该会
留下，没有的话 pool supply，homedepot都有。
游泳池每天都会定时过滤，pool vacuum会把底里的脏东西吸掉。有时候vacuum吸到大
的东西会被卡住不走，所以经常注意一下。
另外把游泳池的那些设备都搞清楚了，水管的走向，有哪些阀门。马达，filter，spa
的热水器，定时开关等等。
每周的维护基本就四件事，半小时搞定
1.捞树叶和其他脏东西。这个我一般有空就捞一下，就当活动身子。
2.加化学品（主要是Chlorine Tablets和liquid Chlorine），放化学品其实很简单，
每周放Chlorine Tablets和liquid Chlorine（或者Chlorine powder也可以，liquid的

倒不倒机身无所谓了.
- don't tilt the system around in an attempt to shake the liquid out. Let
the drainage canals and hole do their job while the laptop is kept level.

IB省钱秘籍
login your account administration, 在Pricing Structure, select "unbundled"
注意要第二天生效。(4pm以后修改要第三天生效）
在 IB里面要先开启unbundled pricing. 这种Pricing计算比较复杂，不过我们只须抓
住主要矛盾：IB费和Exchange费。IB费就是固定的0.0035/share. Exchange费变化大，
看你选择哪家。根据IB网页，经过筛检，汇总如下。这个可以放在手边，供下单时参考。
常用名词意义：
add liquidity，简单讲，就是下的单，无论买卖，不能立即成交。容易理解哪些情况
不能立即成交，不赘述。 对此，exchange一般倒给你钱。所以费用是负数。
remove liquidity，与上面恰恰相反。exchange要收你钱。
特别注意! IB缺省的Exchange设置是SMART，由IB来决定你的单子送到哪家exchange，
