想来也许是因为
1. 一个多月前，下楼梯摔跤，扭了脚，外侧ligament 撕伤。现在走路有些疼，可以走
，每天照常，但是脚不能动，一扭就疼死。 说是，让它慢慢长，三个月才能长好。 我
以前一般还会出去锻炼啊跑步跳操的，现在回去只能对着电视发呆。不运动就容易郁闷。
2. 离婚的时候不觉得自己受伤很重。烂房子烧完了再盖就是。离婚一年多才渐渐发现
自己确实是很矛盾，我跟女友们也是说我渴望一个伴，那种互相喜欢，互相取暖的日子
；但是真到了男人要说跟我结婚，计划什么明年结婚之类的事情，我的负面情绪就全上
来了。
一方面，极度向往婚姻。
一方面，控制不住的恐婚。这种矛盾心理非常折磨我。
我把第一段甩得干干净净，自己看似很强大，没他，我确实过得更好。
但是离婚这一年多，有前后3个男人要跟我结婚，有知根知底的，有朋友介绍的，还有
我自己认识的，还有两个都让父母见了，父母都喜欢，但是一想到要跟谁定下婚姻，我
心里第一反应，你现在说的好听，对我好，结婚后你会不会也是个变态？我ex婚前说的
非常好听，也没什么变态的，但事实上是一个非常奸诈虚伪的人，装好人，私下面对我

不能沾地了。一开始以为就是扭伤，但也不见好转，受伤的那条腿明显不能受力。
上周带他去看医生，医生诊断是十字韧带撕裂 （Ruptured Anterior Cruciate
Ligament），推荐一个叫TPLO的手术。
这个手术相当的invasive,还需要一个specialist来做，术后恢复也要4-6个月。想问问
版上的狗爸狗妈们怎么能完全确诊是十字韧带撕裂，有没有保守治疗的方法。我们现在
还是有点in denial，抛开经济的问题不考虑，总觉得这个手术对狗狗是个折磨，但又
怕如果不做会慢慢发展为退行性关节炎。
希望大家给出出主意，煽风点火冷嘲热讽的话就别说了，我们现在心里也非常着急。谢

s Ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament. But it was only a guess. They didn't
want to do an XRay on him that might make his situation worst. The doctor
then suggest Toby (the Corgi) wait a month to see if his leg is getting any
better, if not then they'll perform the surgery.
A month passed by and his leg did get better, not 100%, but definitely
better. Now the doctor suggest we wait monitor him for another month.

有不少research studies，show neutered dog 例如10% increase
spayed情况不一样，具体数据不清楚
当然这个因狗而异
当然咔嚓最大的好处就是不发情，不留种。只不过vet们不promote这个理由，反而拿一
些健康的factor来说事儿

到时候跟你们多请教！
腿的问题，听着像是ligament or tendon，尽量不让它走打滑的硬路面，避免蹦跳，防
止因为步态的改变引起创伤性关节炎。我也是根据人的病理说的，小狗的修复能力强，
希望不会有事。另外Vet只拍了X光，有没有用MRI扫描一下掌指关节？找一下附近有没
有专门看马的Vet，他们对肌骨系统更有经验。 |

playing basketball. Now my knee will give up every time I run more than 2
miles. There are also patients I see with flat feet (fallen arches). For those people I always suggest swimming but not running.

一下大部分文字是考前两月写下的自己的感悟，由于考前高压，可能会条理不清，词不
达意，见谅。
不变应万变
对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉
的选项不能排除，还是选择自己熟悉的选项。因为太超范围，太偏太远的东西考的可能
性毕竟比较小，较大点的可能是可能是自己熟悉的，但是自己没有做到很好的apply或

with a large displaced meniscal fragment at the level of the intercondylar
notch, located anterior to the PCL on the sagittal sequence. There is
disruption of the ACL fiber, constituting anterior cruciate ligament tear. |

看她的症状，不象inflammatory bowel disease, 年龄也和Crohn's 不符合。CT有做盆
腔吗？有时候不完全的卵巢torsion甚至会殃及round ligament 造成牵引疼痛，也会根
据体位不同而疼痛程度不同。超声波可以再查一次吧，排除了再看别的。 |
