发帖数: 1626 | 5 前几天作了home inspection,发现了一些问题，有两个不知道是不是该builder负责。
1）车库的墙没有粉刷，就是木板，在缝隙处seal了，看起来比较粗糙，但是builder说
改新房都是这样子的，如果要粉刷成和室内一样要升级加钱，可是原来商量升级服务的
时候，并没有提供这一条啊？是不是我们要强硬一些，说合同上没有说明白，要么便宜
点升级粉刷，要么房价降一些？
2）就是和客厅相联的morning room的地板比客厅稍微低两厘米左右，感觉不舒服，主
要是由安全隐患，因为家里有个小宝宝，以后肯定会喜欢跑来跑去玩的，稍不注意会绊
倒摔跤太可怕了。这个是不是builder也该负责秀仪修啊？
3）energystar 的报告说zone 1有 duct leakage,轻微泄漏，但是总体是pass,builder
说只要
pass就没事。

About the film: that's the only solution I can find but if you can suggest

The scientific way is wrapping your around with foil. Move your TV around in

是这样的：

replacements in the near future. Monitor for deterioration and/or leakage

问了几个朋友说很多老房子都是这样的，不用太担心，以后堵了找人捅就行。如果要换

I also touched the inside of through the cut and no sign of water.
the upright upstairs is the door of bathroom. no water leakage there either.
What kind of contractor should I contact?

steam, a good chance is that you have to open the ceiling to see if there is
any leakage and mold.

不见得是leak。一个原因是外面的空气冷，所以chimney壁温度比屋子低。屋子里面湿
度高的时候，水会冷凝在chimney外壁上。我家的有时就是这样。 |
