1. oil leakage --> 推荐换oil pan, ¥340 --> 后来折腾发现竟然是上面的
engineer valve cover crack了－－》和oil pan根本没有关系
2. coolant, brake, .....fluid refresh，induction service， --> 统统锯掉
3. bulb 坏了－－》这个倒是挺准确的，自己换
4. check engine light on --> 换cat converter --> 一直拖了8年，实在灭了灯也通
不过SMOG，找了个诚实的店，OEM所有花费720，比dealer那儿柜台买元件还便宜。
5. 若干次推荐换电池－－》统统锯掉，然后电池一般要多用两三年，直到点火困难才
换。
6. 轮胎 10/32 －－》 2／32, dealer都是5/32就告诉你可以换了，或下次该换了。
7. 自己刚换上去两个月的OEM air filter, dealer说要换了。 |

来没有冷的感觉。今年四月终于决定去检查一下，找了一个专门修空调的修车铺，人家
说倒是没有漏，给我装了一瓶新氟利昂。就此，车里终于有种冷飕飕的感觉了。前段时
间有两周多没开车，一直在地下车库停着，再开的时候空调就只出热风了。
这次再开到同一家铺子，人家检查了说evaporator（？）坏了还是有个major
leakage，换一个evaporator六百多，人工费600多，加起来一千三，都够买个MacBook
Pro了。
请问修空调都这么坑吗？夏天车里没有空调没法过啊～ |

年检是2017年3月，拖拖拖，四月了还没有年检。打电话到audi dealer，原先一直对付
我的那个service advisor 调到同一个老板的保时捷dealer去干活了，接我电话的说要
安排到两礼拜后。我有点失落，那个service advisor混熟了很好交流。
网上查专修奥迪的个体户，离家15开车分钟有一家。当然没有dealer走路15 分钟方便
。但是个体户便宜啊。audi dealer人工高，虽然有保修但是人工超过上限，自己还要
付点差价。当然啦，付点差价也不多钱，而且给loaner车。
车送去那家个体户了，一个老城区的老房子一帮大哥大姐在里面。接活的大姐说他们只
做两种车，Audi/VW and Honda/Acura。好么，一听就知道这是dealer老技师出来的个
体户，顿时感觉可靠。大姐说要预约到下礼拜，我说我放车在这里，你们忙我相信你们
活好所以生意好，take your time。
我报告这些活

来美国访学，在纽约州奥尔巴尼一家公寓租了房子。
2室1厅1卫1厨。租金930，不含取暖费。
租的时候，想个1室的，没有，只有2室的了。初来乍到，也不熟悉周边，没去别的公寓
去看，就跟经理看了一下要租的2室房子，美国出租的房子都差不多，啥家具都没有，
就是看看格局。一进门，客厅有点饭菜味，没当回事，进去一会就闻不出来了，看了卧
室、厨房、卫生间，都还算干净，感觉还可以，心想赶紧安顿下来吧。就同意签合同。
签的时候也没想到会发生以下的事情，就签了1年的合同，月付。
住进来1个多礼拜，那一进门的饭菜味仍然有，不爽。
后来，楼上卫生间漏水，导致我家的顶棚湿了一大片，还滴答水，报给office，修理工

像差不多。
面试的形式和之前知道的差了好远，特别的随性，经常不经意提到什么，白人哥哥就来
了一句that's interesting. Let's talk about that.首先问why Bloomberg.然后看着
简历问我熟悉哪个语言，答java.开始问java比C++好在哪？给我写了两个创建新数组，
赋值的程序，一个C++, 一个Java。然后问我这两个程序都有什么问题。先说了leakage
的问题，最后引导我说垃圾回收的机制。答案是知道的，但是不知道他们想知道什么。
看着这两行代码我实在扯不到垃圾回收上。
我自己在回答的时候提及了一个简历上的一个project，开始问，很详细，怎么实现的
，数据结构用的是什么，用了什么class，都有什么功能，算法是怎么样的。然后看到
列了数据库的project，开始问数据库，project里怎么优化SQL。谈到数据库，问数据
库的好处是什么，大量的数据，数据库是用什么实现的。

should replace both the outside and inside units together. But 6K still
seems a lot for a one-bedroom condo. It is a rental property, so I am not
sure whether it pays off to get an energy-efficient unit.
The contractor said if the blue light comes on frequently, that means there
is leakage.

things you can do:
1. Hire somebody to remove snow from your roof edge. I agree with you that
it is very difficult and dangerous to do that by yourself.
2. Go to the attic and find the water source of the roof leakage. Then use
plumber putty to seal it, or use some plastic sheet and tape to channel the
water to somewhere they can flow to the ground or some container. This may
not be very easy because sometimes the roof |
