testing a few places.

我建议取一块sample，送到lab检测，大概$35。
google 可以找到不少epa centified lab。 |

那个 manager是指我的team lead么 还是director of Eng？ HR是指当年招我进去的
recruiter（HR） 还是管我payroll的HR？
然后具体怎么说呢 我直接敲门进办公室说我要辞职么？。。。
还有 比如我想9月15离职 我如果提前3周告诉他们了 他们是会让我干到9月中再赶我走
还是在我刚说完要辞职之后 会直接让security把我带出去？。。

多人的email thread。人都是好面子的，老美也不例外，你公开的驳人面子，对方的第
一反应肯定是硬刚回去，而不是跟你正经讨论这个问题。这也偏离你最初的目的，对不
对。可以跟老板或者lead约个short meeting，坦诚的讲出来你的concern，他如果成功
说服了你，你也不用纠缠，赶紧抠腚干活就行了。如果你说服了他，稍微会做人的肯定
会让你再写email发出来，大家也知道是你说服了对方。
而且这事做的要有度，第一次第二次，对方还认为你是在正经讨论问题。次数多了，对
方会认为你在没事找事，反而留下更不好的印象。
总之就是会做人，即便你的观点是对的，你也不能扯着大旗说”你们都错了，还是老子
最正确“这种话。你是希望你的想法被通过，还是仅仅希望说出你的想法而不管能不能
被通过？ |
