Job description for Python Sr. Software Developer Role : ( note : its okay
if they have done most of their development in Java / C++ , but should have
done at least 2 years in Python)
- atleast 8 years of software development experience building complex multi-
tier IT applications
- Skills : Python, Flask, Django, REST API, No SQL( Cassandra, MongoDB,etc)
, Messaging Bus (Active MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc), Web services, HTML5
integration.
- code management, build, unit testing ( Git, SVN, Jenkins, SETUPTools, PIP,
Pylint, Pecan, pycharm, eclipse, etc)
- ability to take complex algo designs and translate them to productized
code in python
- familiarity with data models & data structure design for object & methods
definitions in python
- team player with drive to solve complex software problems
job description for QA Lead Role :
- 8 - 10 years of QA experience for a large complex IT application across
various platforms
- developed and designed various test objectives and test plans ( unit
testing, integration testing, system testing)
- understanding of white box testing ( positive tests, negative tests, scale
tests, performance tests, HA tests, etc)
- strong scripting skills to develop automated test scenarios
- use of various automated test tools for python environment
- worked with a group of QA testers to scale & execute various test cases
