我的理解是，一开始的时候先向各个leader询问利率和费用，选择最好的一个。但是此
时的利率不一定是最后锁定的利率，有的leader会故意报低，这种情况如何避免呢？
另外，为了防止贷款出现问题，可以同时向几个lender一起申请贷款吗？是否提交了贷
款申请就算是正式和leader签订合同了呢？还是锁定利率的时候才是？
我的理解是可以同时向几个lender一起申请贷款，等锁定利率的时候再选择一个最好的
。但是这样中间房屋估价的是否就要花费两份钱了？锁定利率一般在房屋估价前 还是
估价后呢？

较有“领导才能”， 比他大很多的孩子都会跟着他， 这孩子个性很强， 非常有主见
， 对于别人的主意一般瞧不上， 表现得很强烈， 而对于自己的主意就极力推崇， （
并不见得谁的主意就更高明， 其实就是谁更坚持）。他就是想当leader.

程序.公司还有一个team负责后台数据库和web服务).两年前我的 supervisor离开后,
我自己独立负责这个产品.半年前又找了一个junior的程序员, 我就算是team leader.
我最近有两次面试, 都在电话面试的时候就失败了.我觉得我这个team leader的位置有
点尴尬.因为从和HR的交谈中感觉得到当她们得知我的team只有两个人时那种感觉,给人
的感觉是team很小, 项目也很简单的样子.
请教如何处理这种情况?是不是干脆就不说自己是什么leader了,就一程序员.
是不是我太老实了?啥都是实话实说.

个人有没有想当leader，很容易看出来的，你平常多表现就是了。
从你预备处事的方式来看，目前你确实还没有准备好。一个人是不是会当leader，不是
要跟大家大声嚷嚷我想当，很多情况下是水到渠成的。
如果你有心，以后就多多表现，多多以leader的方式处理事情。如果有人觉得诧异，问
你的时候，你就说：以前确实还没准备好，但是现在想尝试一下，觉得多承担点责任也
挺好的。 |

学学她怎么把自己的supervisor逼走的，即使逼不走她，也别让她以为你是病猫。如果
你确实有能力，上面对你不错，有机会跟manager聊天，可以旁敲侧击，问是不是
supervisor对你不满意，把你的leader取消了，你现在压力很大，工作积极性受到极大
的打击。绝口否定你自己refuse的，本来你也没refuse。装可怜，咬她一口。她说她的
，你说你的，你们的谈话又没有别人知道。跟manager表衷心，说如何如何喜欢这份工
作，如果有什么不对的，以后加倍努力。
没准是上面的人想让你做leader，她不原意又没办法，就给你下了个套，你还就钻了。
或者你是组里资历最老的，不让你做说不过去，就来这么一出。
都这份上了，不斗上一把，你以为以后升职机会是能轮到你还是那个印度人，还有那个
修产假去的leader？
还有，对那个印度人，一定不能手软，任何事情都不要帮他。
不过 mm 性格明显跟我不一样，我是那种开会的时候发脾气就能笔记本一关立马走人的。 |

你说的可能是那么长的leader可能是shock leader，可以google一下看看相关文章，作
用主要是扔重的sinker或者lure时防止主线过细断线。淡水里应该用的比较少，顶多在
前面用1ft左右粗线作leader用。
连接braid和mono的knot估计是你的knot打法有问题，我用的knot基本上不会影响什么
casting |

leader（spinner rig or worn harness）只有3-4feet。如果湖底是细沙或silt的话。前面的sinker（bottom bouncer）会把沙抛起来，Walleye视力不好，在混水里看不见你的bait了。leader长，等bait穿过时，沙重新沉淀了。当然leader太长，鱼咬钩的手感会差些。 |

我一直以为burton把LD当leader，把我当空气，可是今年夏天过后，他每天粘我的时间
变很多，走哪跟哪，上厕所和洗澡都跟，早上必定送到门口，哪怕不是我带他出去。我
溜他的时候，他也经常贴着我，看着我，虽然是要吃的。。。
但是如果我和LD两人一起溜，他就没那么听话。我们俩一起带他去dog park，看不出来
他更听谁的，有时候谁的都不听，只是玩着玩着会四处张望找我们，然后疯了似地跑过
来check一下，又跑走玩。
我算他的leader还是他的保护对象啊？ |
