墨西哥很多FAST FOOD比美国的要健康多了。
不过我的墨西哥同事们对外面买的所谓墨西哥美食都遥遥头，他们一致认为，家里面自
己妈妈奶奶们做的菜才是最正宗墨西哥美食。
我感觉，老莫们家庭观念很强，穷是穷，上进心没有多少，得过且过就好。但是很刻苦
很辛苦地攒钞票，问他们，如果有年终奖用来干嘛，无一例外都是吃喝玩乐。开着个破
车，一堆人挤在一个小HOUSE里，热闹呗，无所谓。
前几天看到一个墨西哥的孕妇，自己做个FULL TIME的银行里的小工作，人也不太老，
刚过40岁，但是居然有6个大娃了，她老公成天在HOME DEPOT门口守活，有一餐没一餐
的。可是，就这个年纪，这个生活状况下，她又怀孕了。可能是年纪关系，房子太老，
HOLD 不住胎儿，小孩都已经16周了，还是落了个胎死腹中。刚开始她情绪还很稳定，
没有什么表情，我们以为她都当了六次妈了，无所谓了吧。可是等她完全从麻醉中醒过

命名的底板Jun Mizutani ZLC，估计奥运后可能会热卖。我的一个EJ球友就有一把这个
拍子，我和他打时确实觉得这个底板速度非常快，比其它同类底板更要底劲十足。
女子方面最失意的可能要算是冯天薇了，被小日本轮着虐了一圈，论实力都应比她差，
简直不敢想象。从比赛录像上注意到她这次比赛好像试用的是innerforce (layer) ZLC
，是那个新版的，但不确定，于梦雨使用的也是。不知这是新加坡队里谁出的主意，想
让大家都当张怡宁？这个板子据称应是十分稳健，但让人看到的却是冯用这个板子对小
日本时可说是底劲全无，擅长的快速对挡也根本提不起速来，窝窝囊囊的就全输下来了

accuracy很高，一用到test data就不行，都是参数的锅。

expressed genes，尝试用GO term, 比如说DAVID，但是得出来的结果感觉不是很有提
示性，都是一些很泛泛的名词，例如morphogenesis，development等。后来我自己看了
这些基因，发现有些WNT pathway的基因被up-regulated，有些其他signaling的
components被down-regulated。请问有什么网站或者哪种分析方法可以专门分析这些
DEGs属于哪些signaling pathways吗？
同时我也发现某些mesoderm的基因有被up-regulated，另外有些endoderm的基因有被
down-regulated，请问有什么网站或者哪种分析方法可以专门分析这些DEGs属于哪个
germ layers吗？

There are so many people worked (or did grad study) in this area and so few
space for improvement. For 3G, 4G, lots of stuff happen in upper layers...
Maybe this is true for any area, e.g. in CS, the CPU design and computer HW
is not as hot as internet, web 2.0 etc.... |
