之所以想搞清楚，是因为本来请一名高中生割草，但是她家里不让她做别的事，如

刚买房不久，不知道怎么打理院子，为了省事儿，用了Nutri-lawn一年的service，去
年12月份收到电话，问对服务有没有什么不满意的地方，今年要不要继续，我记得很清
楚当时说今年不用了，LD也在旁边。后来收到过他家的信，说预定一年可以给discount
，没理。
前几天，突然看到门口草地上插着他家的旗子，还有一份invoice，说这是2012年第一
次service，大概60多刀。第二天给客服电话：
客服：我们之前有给你电话过，pre-recorded msg说discount，而且发过mail啊，mail
上有写，如果没有cancel，service继续的啊；
我：我之前收到过你们的电话，我说了今年不用的啊；
客服：让我查查纪录啊。。。我们记录没有显示啊，你记得是哪天，谁打的么？
我：。。。（这怎么记得）好吧，另外一个问题，去年service前一天都会打电话通知
，这次为什么没有？
客服：我们的记录显示你从一开始就在do-not-call list上，所以我们不会给你打电话。

割物。

，结果那个破电池用2次以后，电池的寿命就开始deteriorate, 大夏天的割草割到一半
，电池因为overheat突然就没电了，烦死活人.
honda self propelled就可以. 买gas的无非是要自己加汽油，然后定期换机油，
filter. 如果自己换汽车的机油和平常的维护，gas lawn mower要做的那些事情根本不
值得一提. |

草利润远高于施肥和除草因为前者基本没有成本，后者成本很高。我做这个纯粹是当做
户外锻炼，因为我对yard活很有兴趣。当然我也不会给人白干活或者low pay干活。这
只是因为有需求而且自己周末有点时间而已。

东部的自然风光比起西部来虽说略有不如，但是人文景观还是非常值得一看的。
这次出门因为不是专门的旅游，就没有计划的很周详，这个Ash Lawn-Highland庄园是在
AAA的tourbook上临时看到的，去了以后感觉不错。
先给大家补充点历史知识。这个美国的第三任总统Thomas Jefferson 老先生喜欢他的好
朋友们都居住在一块，用我们的话讲叫拉帮结派。总之啦，结果呢，美国的第四任总统
James Madison 和第五任总统 James Monroe 都把家安得和Thomas老先生很近，几乎是
Walking Distance 了。这个Ash Lawn-Highland 就是James Monroe住过的地方。人家当
总统的就是不一样，庄园里好大的一片草地呀，据说从前是种植园来着。据说Thomas老先
生的庄园要大得多，房子也气派的多，可惜时间不够，没去成，遗憾呀。
庄园里有导游，游客积聚到一定人数就开始领我们参观庄园里的房子，就是James Monroe
当年的住所。据说Monroe军人出身，不喜奢华，所以房子建得很小，简直就是寒 |

结果今天问了一个organic lawn service居然要我一年1500, 第二年1200, 第三年900.
大概包括做些test, fertilization, weed, feed之类的
请问大牛, 这个价格比例是不是差的太多了, 值得上organic的么? 院子大概8000sf
