一款大型fly，比较接近真实昆虫，因此大型鳟鱼和刚头（summer run）等喜欢攻击，
适合于大河、溪流漂钓。对付bass也是上乘，但可爱皮效果差点。
#6-8 3X long弯钩，金属铬色bead head，尾巴用大羽的窄侧羽毛，加铅丝，橡胶丝作
为脚。后背绑三层翅。用鸭羽带绿色闪光的部分作，做之前羽毛应该先用胶水泡一下，
使得羽毛不分散。我一般就懒了，省略了这个步骤，因此图中的背翅散开了，不是很理
想。只求个形似即可。
制作稍微麻烦一些，但因为这种很管用，买起来比一般flies稍微贵点，因此做一些还
是很合算的。 |

，加入SDS loading buffer.
结果western结果很奇怪，经常出现一部分样品western没有任何信号，另外一部分完全
正常的情况。跟抗体肯定没关系，因为我们用一些非常好用的如tubulin actin都试过
了。
各位有遇到过类似的问题吗？ 能给支支招吗 |

发帖数: 2914 | 19 一年多前被数十只deer tick的larva咬过的飘过，也给大家提个醒。当时真的是比较惨，之后对野鹿是敬而远之。一天从有野鹿出没的草地上过，之前一天刚下过雨，不小心带回了数十只deer tick的larva （后来分析应该是刚孵出来不久的，还没机会带上Lyme Disease病原），贴在脚背上吸血，由于是larva，每只只有针尖那么大，肉眼几乎难以分辨，当时还以为是扎了小刺，后来对着太阳隐约看到有在动，才觉得不对劲。别看刚孵出来的larva小，可是会藏起来晚上出来吸血，最后折腾了两个星期用了多种方法才基本除尽，脚上，腿上都留下了深色的疤痕，半年多都没褪尽。另外，吸饱了血藏起来的larva，会蛰伏起来，来年春天进化成Nymph，再次出来活动，如果吸了带Lyme Disease病原的鹿，牲畜，老鼠，就会成为传播疾病的载体，所以整整后怕了一年。

1.The chemical only kills adults, but not larvae or eggs, look up flea life
cycle
2.Chemical (Advantage) is toxic to cats and you (I reluctantly used on my
cats twice though:)
3.Physical removal of adults, with flea comb and flea trap (search Amazon)
4.For larvae and eggs, wash beddings, vacuum, use DE around the house and
vacuum
5.If you have a yard, use either DE, Diatomaceous earth (DE will kill
beneficial bacteria too) or worm to kill flea

larvae 需要特别的看护，不是 heavily planted tank比较难。
但我的问题是，它们总是不到时间就 drop eggs了。没理由stressed啊。 |

可，吃点剩下的鱼食，可适当加点专门的虾食。最好有三样：
oak leaf (或者别的干叶比如indian almond)
java moss
cholla wood

You may not have an answer, and I have found non--although there must be
somewhere.
What is Bt specificity? It appears it works against some but not other
insects. Or does the difference lie in larva and adult stage of an insect,
as bollworm is larva but mirid bug is adult? |
