到旷野地方去，在那里祷告。」从马可福音一章21-34节看到耶稣讲道、赶鬼又医病，
一天中服事很忙。为什么第二天要那么早起来祷告， 不好好休息呢？我相信一方面耶
稣爱父神， 要与父神亲近；另外一个原因，就是要从父神支取力量， 应付又一天繁忙
的服事。由此，我学到早上祷告与神亲近的秘诀，也养成了每天早晨灵修的习惯。那是

Meat filling (you can use any kind of meat & cook it the way you like)
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 whole garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, mix with water
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
1. Saute the garlic, add meat & cooking wine.

A=Ln[I_{Transmission}/I_{Incident}]=\epsilon c L,
c是吸光组分的浓度,L是吸收光程,\epsilon叫absorbtivity(比吸光度).基于Lamb-Beer's
Law的成分分析也叫 UV/Vis molecualr absorption analysis, 不过精度不高,除非对高
吸光度的成分.但对天然色素,如卟啉类大环色素(P P*吸收带)比吸光度可高达10^4至10^5
L {mol}^{-1} {cm}^{-1}的检出限还是很底的.
不过因为UV/Vis都是带状谱,灵敏度,抗干扰度,没法和AAS,或ICP-AES比啦.Lamb-Beer's
Law的线性区间也不是很大的说.

I went to my local Target for the first time in several weeks & found that
nearly everything in the baby section has been marked half off! They have
tons of pack & play sets, walkers, matresses (around $25), car seats, travel
systems... I'd estimate about 40-50% of what they carry has been marked 50
% or more off!
They also have tons of nik-nacks on clearance too.

就把stratford和一些montessori和特注重学习的淘汰掉了。虽然不打算去montessori
在娃爸的不要错过每一个好学校的观点影响下，还是去看了几个，有的蒙校acedemic是
很牛，值得我们学习，但是playground简直是aweful，要么太小，要么是沙坑，还有一
个非蒙校但是注重学习palm academy，看到操场的第一眼我以为是黑煤渣，还好经验告诉
我这不可能，应该是黑橡胶，走近了用力踩踩，的确是非常坚硬的黑橡胶，我简直吐血。
简直是逼迫宝宝不在室外玩嘛。实在和我的教育理念差得太远了。我家宝宝最喜欢去外面
了，肯定不喜欢这种学校。看完这个以后我学乖了，电话先问playgroundtime，太少就
不去白跑了。发现所有的蒙校，最支持室外活动的注重academic的学校，都是不超过1个
小时（上午30分钟，下午30分钟）。而我家附近的little lamb一次都是1个多小时。所以
美式daycare绝对是我家的首选。

1) Insurance. (that's the reason i buy from costco)
2) Gas ( if you can not get discount GC for shell/bp esc)
3) Tire service
4) some fruits and vegitables
5) lamb. ( if you can not find safeway that sell lambs with coupon discount)
6) ENTERTAINMENT TICKETS.
THE REST IT'S REALLY RARE TO FIND ANY DEAL EVER AT COSTCO. |

前几天在版上看见一帖孜然羊肉粒，口水横流，于是也去超市买了一磅lamb来准备做做
。话说这个lamb腿肉中间一块圆圆的骨头好小，看起来好象动画片里狮子的午餐啊哈哈
买了一罐孜然粉。
由于前天ld提议去逛mall，中午饿了就在mall里的中国人开的快餐吃了一盘，点了个
potato，觉得很好吃，寻思着是怎么做的。回家闻了闻孜然粉的味道，豁然开朗中。
烤土豆块：
土豆2个，去皮切成小块（别太大了）
烤箱预热325度。
热锅放稍多些油，油热后下几粒花椒，放入土豆翻炒，同时加适量盐炒匀，大约1，2分
钟。倒入滤网放置几分钟，把油水滤尽。
锅里还有一点点底油，烧热，再次倒入土豆，再拌炒至土豆表面变色，表面看起来熟了
那种。。不用太久，等会烤烤里面就会熟的。
把炒好的土豆放在一个塑料mix bow里，倒入 孜然粉，花椒粉，胡椒粉，蒜粉，
Italian seasoning（含迷迭香rosemary，百里香thyme，九层塔粉等等），加这个混合
粉颜色很好看嘿嘿，以及红色的辣椒粉。用量依个人口味自行掌握，孜然可以稍微多加
点。用筷子拌匀，此时土豆块表面就均匀的沾满了调料 |
