题记：为什么今日在中国，经济繁荣不再是“常态”，而经济困难反而成了“新常态”？
早在20年前我发表过一篇“繁荣从何而来？----中国经济现状和趋势的分析”[1]，分
析港台资企业给大陆送去的的繁荣；那时发达国家的外资基本上未进入中国，港台资企
业这份难得的“礼物”能维持多久的繁荣，是当时值得关注的问题。从那时到现在，中
国又维持了差不多20年的经济繁荣。中国的经济繁荣究竟能持续多久，这个话题现在再
度引起人们关注。本文的标题与笔者当年拙文的标题相互呼应，如此命题，是因为笔者
认为，过去20年中国经济繁荣的成因，正是今后繁荣消逝的缘由，实可谓，荣兮衰所伏。

An Egyptian court sentenced a man to three years in jail with hard labour on
Saturday for insulting Islam in postings on Facebook, the official MENA
news agency reported.
The Cairo court found that Ayman Yusef Mansur "intentionally insulted the
dignity of the Islamic religion and attacked it with insults and ridicule on
Facebook," the agency reported.
