了。还有，如果开车的时候不该踩着CLUTCH而总踩着（初学者总是这样的，不知道什么时

该松开，控制不好就总踩着它），很快也会坏。
CLUTCH坏了的时候（我的几天前刚刚换过）车子启动没有问题，但是上坡很费力，用FIRS
T GEAR
也得慢慢爬，有时候车上的四个人还得下来两个；坡上启动SUCKS；车子加速度很慢，
肽谏
不去80KPH。而且，如是有经验的驾者，会觉得踩CLUTCH时没有什么感觉。初学者吗，
庋
车会觉得很受用，因为从来不会因为松CLUTCH松得不好而车子向前蹿个不停。
有经验的MECHANIC一分钟内会感觉出来。如果要换的话就开去检查一下吧，真坏了就顺便
换了。
你什么牌子的车？CLUTCH在这里（我的那个）新的也就100刀左右，但是换的话LABOUR

今天2004 chevy impala 88000 miles，因为上了60miles 有噪音，就开到路边的NTB修
，以下是list:

今年夏天因为车子启动不了修了fuel/oil pressure system (忘了完整的名字），花了
400+，也是NTB。
秋天时overheating 了一次，water pump换了一个，花了350+
我的车除了换机油，平常没有任何maintenance。今年一下花了1500。车铺的人说如果
拿去trade in，可值5000。在想明年夏秋有deal时是不是要换新车了。

后，不过title不是这样。我目前没有其他职位，请问，我再申请work permit的时候应
该选择哪一种呢？工签的网站上给了很多选择，是不是应该选择 a work permit with
a labout market opinion? 还是 A postgraduate work permit? 谢谢啦！

发帖数: 126 | 47 几经折腾，终于搬进了公寓，看网上有不少同学咨询租赁公寓的事情，我这里简单介绍一下我自己租公寓的过程和心得体会：
相信很多新移民都是经历：分租house>租apartment>买房子的过程，刚来加拿大大都是先找个地方落脚，要不请朋友租个house的一个房间或basement，要不住家庭旅馆，先过渡一下，等相对稳定下来，还是要往公寓搬，当然也有人一直住和人合租house或condo。我个人的观点是：
1.在没找到稳定的专业工作前不着急买房，除非能够一次性付清，否则为了还贷款你可能不得不去打labour，甚至不敢轻易辞工，这就是很多labour无法翻身的一个原因。
2.不住Basement，但租地面house就必须和房东和其它人合用厨房卫生间，很不方便，特别是如果有小孩，还是租个独立房子比较有利孩子的成长，这不是用钱可以衡量的。
所以，租apartment是个比较好的过渡性选择，于是我们也决定租个公寓，租apartment前要考虑多方面因素：
1. 租金问题：会比合租house多出一些钱，目前多伦多公寓比较集中地段的租金行情大概是1bedroom（含1个客厅，1小饭厅和1卫生间）:850-9 |

新车 VS 旧车
这个问题很简单——MONEY。
如果你有足够的预算，当然买新车啦，省时、省力、省心。买新车毋需赘言，选好自己心仪的品牌，就近找一家dealer，切磋一下价格和服务，拍钱、提车、走人。
但如果预算稍紧，比如说你是新移民，带了15万加元（约100万人民币）过来，那买新车就要三思了，买一辆基本配置的Toyota Camry，连税及各种杂费总计至少3万，保险费250元/月，汽油费200元/月，一年就是5400元。新移民要做好一年内找不到像样的工作的准备，按一家三口算的话，就算省着花，一个月的生活费也要2000元，这样第一年下来，你的存款就减少了6万元，占总存款的40％，这种坐吃山空的滋味可不好受啊。我就亲眼见过不少这样的新移民，刚来觉得这边新车比国内便宜，于是掏钱就买，然后游山玩水，先爽了再说。可是温哥华是个吃喝玩乐的城市，工作机会少，找个专业对口的工作更难，混了一年半载的，眼看着日子过得一天紧似一天，最后不得不去找个labour工先做起来补贴家用，结果这labour工一做就 |
