应该都是父母买的），15岁注册办公司来猜测，他父母是比较宽松给孩子自由的。至于
他的涂鸦爱好，他没提过任何课外训练，似乎也不是上画画班推出来的。
试想，如果你的孩子在功课不是全A的情况下（Gary 自述属于常得B+ 的学生），常常
画漫画，然后又要买机器和材料做Tshirt，你会怎么反应？
我自问，我的 kneel jerk reaction 可能如下：
别花太多时间画那些了。
你喜欢画画很好，能不能把功课学好（meaning AAAA）以后再画？
什么？要买印Tshirt 的机器？中学功课多，你能保证不占用学功课的时间？有时间，
不如（填入父母的规划：游泳，学中文，弹琴，打棒球/篮球/网球/冰球/橄榄球，武术
，数学竞赛，拼写竞赛，作文竞赛，演讲竞赛，等等）。 |

嗯，你这个回应挺好，不是 kneel jerk reaction。
你提到三个关键点：
一是和孩子一起识别确认他的passion，然后给孩子肯定和支持。
二是告诉孩子不同选择的风险和回报。用言语行动让孩子明白，不管怎样倒腾，成人后
得能自己养活自己。不拘白领蓝领，自食其力不啃老就好。父母可以临时扶一把，但是
要让孩子逐渐明白，他（不是父母）要为自己的选择的后果负责。
三是容忍孩子的冒险可能带来的错误和失败。创业折腾趁年轻挺好，不成功再会学校读
书也不晚。 |

some of his typical showoff demo tricks:
jump up & dn table in pistol;
plank jump into fist push up then back into plank;

not sure cotter is able to dunk basketball or not. because of his outstanding core stregnth, the difference of 1-leg jump and 2-leg jump might not differentiate much.

整整一个月没有练了，今天果然衰得不行，连75磅的squat都挺吃力，全面deload :(
在国内肉显然没有吃好，昨天出去吃了一顿牛排大补，居然腻着了，今天就只好吃得清
淡点，做了个柠檬香烤鸡腿。
1 - 先调marinate: 蒜泥，姜末，辣椒粉，thyme揪碎，dyied mixed herbs (现成的调
料，偷了个懒），盐，胡椒末，1只柠檬挤汁。marinate是个人口味决定的，我觉得
thyme根鸡肉是绝配，香而不喧宾夺主，所以一般做鸡肉的时候都放点，另外basil也比
较配鸡肉。

又被虐死了。不过这次是用step, rubber band, dumb bells, and glider，没有用
bosu，感觉好多了，我最差的还是平衡能力。L帅哥好凶啊！站在他旁边的那个妞瘦瘦
小小的，不太跟得上，L帅哥吼她的说！"don't stand next to me next time!" 至少
吼了她三次！妈妈米娅！我上周两节课都站他旁边，还不知道那个位子很危险的说！以
后要离他远点。。。他的课还是不错的，看得出是很用心编排过的，每次课内容都不一
样，但是编排很紧凑，他每次提前到教室给大家把equipment都摆好，连step的高度都
调好了，很敬业。

今天见黑大叔，前一半打拳，继续学防守。我防守还是有问题，尤其是用肘来保护body
的动作非常别扭，肚子上挨了很多拳。后一半力量训练，黑大叔例行公事问我这周训练
感觉如何，我老实的告诉他我上大课从bosu上掉下来了，他大感耻辱，于是后面半堂课
就在bosu上度过了，球面朝下，我摇摇晃晃的站在上面做squat, bicep curl,
shoulder press, row。。。然后在地上做pistol和其他叫不出名字的balancing的动作
。黑大叔说我的strength很好，flexibility也很好，以后的课程里要多加强balancing
的训练。他要让我以后在bosu大课上也出类拔萃，哈哈！做完以后累死了，第二天背很
酸痛，臀腿也酸。
