的Giant Sequoia两个国家公园。这三个国家公园都属于Sierra Nevada山系，所以地形
地貌有很多相近之处。不过后两者比较远一点，比Yosemite多了一个小时的路程，我们
一直偷懒没去。今年夏天一直憋在家里，最后决定在夏末去Kings Caynon和Sequaia公
园。
到达Kings Caynon公园的当天，领导发现预定的Cabin（小木屋）的日子居然搞错了，
定成了下一个星期的。公园工作人员帮忙打电话到公园里另一处有小木屋的居住地
Kings Caynon Lodge去询问，还好还有空位，免去了我们开车五个半小时出门后打道回
府的厄运。不过这个新定的小木屋可不便宜，算上税要$200一晚上，比原来预定的小木
屋（$75）贵了近三倍。

另外我不知道哪里得来的印象是：cal king的box是由两个twin size的box组成的，而
king 的是一整个box。这也是两者之间的区别吗？
今天我在US mattress 上订的king size的床到了，可是当spring box一搬下来我一看
是两个twin size的，我就说是搞错了，就是基于我那个关于cal king的印象，我都没
有拿标尺来量一下。ld也不懂，说既然应该是整个box，就不用量了，delivery guy就
让我们refuse delivery.当时打US mattress的客服电话总没人接。

King的作品倒确实出了几个精品，比如The Shining、Green Mile, The Mist, Misery,
Pet Cemetary，和已经成了Movie版周期帖的Shawshank's Redemption。
我也很喜欢看恐怖小说，来美国后一直想读一读King的小说。但不知是不是我英语的功
底还是太浅，兴趣总是有限，只看完了半本。
不过，让我对King的观点发生根本变化的是最近听到的几本audio books。上下班虽然不
远，但是塞车耽误了不少功夫，不过也有时间让我听了不少audio books。最近一段时间
，断断续续的听完了三本King的小说，都非常不错，给大家推荐一下：

I like, or I have to say I admire Kings' offense system. Sharp passing,
accurate shooting, lots of fast break points make every kings' score seems so
easy. Very often you see Kings have 20+ asists on 20+ FG. Kings's offense
starts from high post pick and roll. The pick and roll normally is between
Divac/Webber and Bibby/Peja, it usually result in an open shot by bibby/peja,

open shot,和老大在的时候打法完全不一样，倒是和小牛的半场进攻有些相似。不过今天
没人发彪，所以得分无法match kings。他们的防守在第四节以前也还不错，没有让kings
占到什么便宜。第四节的失败主要是kings加强了防守，spurs再次暴露了关键时刻失误的
问题，让kings断球打了几个fastbreak。没有duncan达成这样也可以接受，我觉得他们比
全班人马的mavs打的要好。rose还是太容易激动，上半场那个球裁判误判后太不冷静，
导致了对手趁机把比分追平。horry还是老油条，那个对miller的犯规实在是聪明。就在
miller要把球扣进篮圈的一霎那，他把球横着扇了出来。如果只是鲁莽的犯规，很可能就
是被打三分。这一点rose应该多向前辈学习。
对kings来说，今天的比赛是一定要拿下的。但是前三节他们的防守实在一半，可能是没
有重视，第四节加强了防守效果还是不错的，造成了很多fastbreak的easy basket。

大红杉和国王谷国家公园,由于这次是带着父母去,就不能深入到公园深处,
但即使是开车游,不过对于瀑布控,五月天这里也是看瀑布的好地方哦.
周末是先杀到KINGS CYN的,就先从这里说起,
Grizzly Falls就在180路边,听到轰鸣声停下车就能看到,非常秀丽的一个瀑布
上游是Grizzly LAKE 海拔有9665 feet,公园海拔最高的湖,据说还有鱼,有机会要去看
看.
180一路沿着KINGS RIVER蜿蜒, 河水十分汹涌, 泛着白花, 这一段的河水绝对至少5级
的漂流, 如果住在加州, 将来离开前一定要把脚踏进这KINGS RIVER一次,因为KINGS
RIVER是中部加州主要的灌溉水源,平时吃的蔬菜水果,中加州的农牧业主要就是靠它的
灌溉,不过河边十分湿滑,找和缓的河端才好,比如这样的 |

他全名叫图坦卡蒙

不同, 心情不同, 所感受到的也不同.
我对电影历史的真实表示怀疑, 虽说它是根据真事改编. 但我很喜欢电影的画面和其中的
人物.
电影从一开始就是一个悲剧. 也许 the king 和 I 从一开始就不应该相逢. 只要他们遇
见了, 就注定要相互吸引, 注定要碰撞毁灭.
The king 是真正男人的典型, I 是真正独立女人的典型. 如果我也是女的, 也是国王众
多妻妾中的员, 我想我会和他的妻妾一样爱他.
到了电影的高潮也就快接结束了. 我知道从他们的个性,从他们的教育来看, 悲剧是避免
不了. 以前觉得 Ｉ 面对冲突很勇敢, 坚持自己所信仰的原则和真理不妥协. 但我现在
表示怀疑. 真的吗? 不错, 她信仰的真理没错, 但在那种场合坚持就是错误.她的坚持带
来什么结果,除了维护她自己的信仰, 让自己好过以外, 没有其他任何好处. 但 The king
的威严毁了, 他死了. I 是自私的. 她坚持自己, 却从来没有站在 the king 的位置为他
想一想.

大红杉和国王谷国家公园,由于这次是带着父母去,就不能深入到公园深处,
但即使是开车游,不过对于瀑布控,五月天这里也是看瀑布的好地方哦.
周末是先杀到KINGS CYN的,就先从这里说起,
Grizzly Falls就在180路边,听到轰鸣声停下车就能看到,非常秀丽的一个瀑布
上游是Grizzly LAKE 海拔有9665 feet,公园海拔最高的湖,据说还有鱼,有机会要去看
看.
180一路沿着KINGS RIVER蜿蜒, 河水十分汹涌, 泛着白花, 这一段的河水绝对至少5级
的漂流, 如果住在加州, 将来离开前一定要把脚踏进这KINGS RIVER一次,因为KINGS
RIVER是中部加州主要的灌溉水源,平时吃的蔬菜水果,中加州的农牧业主要就是靠它的
灌溉,不过河边十分湿滑,找和缓的河端才好,比如这样的 |
