看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

古时候，还没有电锅电壶的时候，pot和kettle都是用炉火来烧的，时间久了，锅底壶
底都会变黑。

至于力量, 我无意注意到 lady with superb body 特喜欢 pulley, 上周去的那个GYM
，还有一个 LADY 在做 KETTLE BELL. 原来这个GYM 有KETTLE BELL (10-35LBS)， 只
是他们一般放在PT OFFICE不易注意到...
其实男的真的可以参考一些 女士的训练方法，rather than always working on big sq/dl/bp.
可能会有臆想不道的收获...
尤其是它的Cardio很有特点，20 |
