其实都是一回事。从个体上看，死者（小偷）都颇有令人同情之处，
最少不该被承受如此大惩罚。但是从整体上看，这类人就是因为受
到惩罚太轻所以才导致更加放纵。出现这样一个个例对整个社会环
境只好不坏。但是这并不代表马加爵和杨志不应该为他们所做的行
为付出代价。至于哈登，小偷，牛二，只能说他们为整体的不道德
行为也付出了过高的代价。
一个社会，什么样的人都有。脑残太多肯定会扰乱社会秩序，但是
完全没有也会导致所谓“聪明的贱人”依靠社会规则占别人便宜。作
为一个篮球版也是如此：如果大家都遵守规则，就会有些人肆无忌
惮地打擦边球，这时候就需要几个骂街的上去。这不代表这些人骂
街就做对了或者就不该被封了（可惜最高也就是封人），但是他们
对这个版面的贡献是正面的。（不过显然现在篮球版不缺这种人）

人试图Justify这个Justify那个，Justice这个概念就是相对人来说的，就是人脑里的
价值观念。在基督教的神那里没有Justify这一说，所有存在的一切都是神的……
我没觉得所有一切都是有罪的，所有一切在神眼里都是无善恶的，因为神很可能没有一
个大脑，没有善恶价值观，神就那么牛烘烘的存在着，do its thing. 蛇引导夏娃吃苹
果识善恶这件事，只是上帝果园里的一个小事件，上帝没空管这个，但是夏娃亚当开始
