1.Step1, 休斯敦领事馆负责J waiver的官员回到北京休假55天，其他官员拒绝受理我
的case, 我的case在休斯敦被耽误3个月。
2. 中国大使馆寄处NOL后，过100天 DOS收到后，DOS把我的材料转到USCIS Vermont
Center后，DOS负责我的case的官员又发现NOL 信件遗失，又向USCIS Vermont Center
撤回favorable
recommendation letter，并且通知USCIS Vermont Center冻结我的case.
3. DOS负责我的case的官员调离，新的官员Michael负责我的case，Michael无意中找到
了NOL， 这时候是中国大使馆寄出NOL后276天，我的case 状态变成NOL received.

发帖数: 74 | 5 for June filers, it takes around 3-6 weeks to get receipts. be patient.
see attached updated excel file (148 records so far).
it looks Delievery Date
around 6/15 get receipts
around 6/11 got finger print notice...
around 6/18 got check cashed (no receipt received yet)...
You can download/save the file, then changed the .php to .xls. And you can
see the whole list.
if anyone wants to insert or update your info, please re this post.
so far, in the excel, it has following columns:

EB1b I-140 got approved in June 30,2010.
Approved I-140 was interfiled to my old I-485 (based on my NIW) early July.
My -I-485 was transfered to National Benefical Center (NBC)on July 23rd,2010.
After that, I have not gotten any updated.
I went to Imfopass late september. One agent told me to wait.
Any suggestion to deal with my case will be highly appreciated. Thanks in
advance. |

so if no ROW, we should get to Jan 2006 at October. one month we will get 400 and we have June, July, August and September, total 4 months. So we move ahead 3/4 month during one month until Oct 2010.
If there are 12000+ from ROW, we will move ahead at August. |

月之前用掉这些名额，是不是6月，7月这两个月要用完1700，那每个月至少要用掉800
多啊，那6月排期应该推进到Nov,2005才行，因为9月最后一周差不多有380多个，10月
有401个，加起来差不多800左右了，这个理解对吗，奥有没有说8月之前会用完我们自
己的配额呢？

We have more than 1700 quota for our own EB-2 limit(2800+800-1900). But EB-4
/5 could not eat all 1600 quota from FB. So we should have more than 400
quota for MAY, JUNE, JUL and Aug for the EB2. Then the final sep is for the
final spillover quota.

was told that the case was pulled out by an office last friday.

delayed VB is that they got some updated data regarding the consumption of
EB visas. The details is unknown, but it sounds like there will be a big
change in this June VB. Significant movement should be expected. I think it
should be good news. |
