- 读好的开源代码，真的去调试，把自己当成开发者一样
- 过程里面你会遇到很多不清楚的东西，大部分都是需要时开始学，效率最高
- 概念性的东西最重要，你会在程序里反复看见，反复出现的东西，一定要弄清楚。很
多人写了很多程序，但是概念不清，他们干的大部分是copy-paste,再修改一下。这样
应付简单工作够了，再上台阶就很困难
- 读几本好书，去amazon看看评价，不要学语言的，也不要学技术的，读design或者
coding心得。比如from journeyman to master.
- 工作里面必然碰到的是读和改别人的code, 读好的code, 会帮助很大。
对于找工作，
- 做题，每道题想清楚
- 多看最近的面试题，大部分公司题目很久都不太变化的
- 看别人的面经，试着自己回答各类题，包括behavior
坚持就是胜利。像你这样专心干的，最终都能找到理想的工作。

纯支持一下。
新住宅的入户线路容量，一般都是200A。老的不清楚，问当地电力公司，应该能免费得
到答案。
有些服务如高电压、Service入户等项目，必须有执照的电工才能做（电工分好几级，
如：Journeyman 、Master Electrician etc.），大多数家庭日用的接线，都允许DIY。
电这个东西，其实不难，但心里总是有点恐惧，这很正常。主要是要花大量的时间去看
规范，看例子，比如：
1 breaker 和Panel要求是一个厂家的；
2 如果自己接地，铜接地杆要打到地下多少多少（Frost line）Feet以下等等。
还好，相关的资料和图片网上多得很，只是得花时间去看。不懂的地方不要想当然，一
定要上网比较查清楚。接线最危险的地方，说白了，也就是火线接入Panel的那个位置
，还有就是上电的时候，这时候多叫个人陪着应该就行了。
特别申明一下，我不是专业电工，但接线达到他们中上水平的自信还是有的。因为我最
近在家里接了两路新线路，好奇地拆开了几个灯座，看人家专业的是怎么接的，结果发
现其中有一个盒子接地都给我忘了，这不也照样通过了inspection。

者有牛逼后卫的球队的主力替补。有高位签的球队肯定要想选新秀补强这个位置（比如
Kyrie Irving），没有高位签的球队往往有更牛逼的球星(比如LBJ)，球权不在控卫手
里，属于鸡肋，球队很难下功夫重点培养，只能当作交易的筹码，主力替补或者摆烂时
期的过渡型先发。他们都是注定的Journeyman，不过比那些差一点点打上NBA的球员，
还是幸运多了。
