两点小体会：
1. 我用的面包机是breadman，jam cycle是先搅拌一小会儿，然后加热1个小时。这个
比例不太好。我觉得搅拌，加热30分钟，然后重复可能会更合适些。所以这次手动干预
若干次。
2. 做出来看着效果挺好的了，不过还是有些潮，装瓶时能看到水汽。下次看来要多做

年了。心得是很不容易失败啊，因为味道都是在面包机里边搅拌边调，边尝边放调料，

大学以来一直踢球，所以体质不错，耐力和爆发力都有，主要是下肢的，上肢比较
弱，但肩膀比较宽，就是没有肉，跟老美打篮球和踢足球的时候觉得实在是力量太小，

20公斤左右，现在体重149磅，脂肪明显下降（可能是跑步，篮球和足球玩得多）。胸

surprised。
1:非常准。第一发子弹就正中15码外的红心。15发弹中除了3发我打到后来心不在焉
triger control出问题偏出一些外，剩下的12发都在一个10cm的圆周范围内；
2：Best trigger ever。早就在网上读到关于sp2022是所有sig中trigger感觉最好的，
今天终得一证。我以前打过sig p226，感觉无论是DA还是SA，最后击发瞬间都感觉更加
平顺，估计breakin后会更加好
3：reliability。打了200弹，中间jam了一次。一个同行的女生，手过于娇小，看她每
次击发，除了上下跳动外，枪口还会左右摆动。真有点担心她会脱手。在她打到第二夹
的倒数第三发子弹时，jam了，蛋壳被成功抛出，后面上去的子弹没有顶上去。清除了
后就再也没出过问题。巧的是，以前打glock的时候也是这个女生老是卡壳。同行的几
个男生从头到尾都没有jam过。

doing some research,I learned indeed the weight of the grip/base and the
holding of the grip can affect ejections and can cause jams, which is "limp
wrist". Nevertheless, in your case,

recommends to keep shoulder close to jammed hand to minimize lever arm. Too
far away is definitely off balance and stressful.
If I stay close enough to the wall, I could reach high and jam a fist in a
better constriction slightly above off width. Still need to figure out off
width for feet.
This route has a little bit of everything, hand/foot jam, off width, and the
crux is a finger crack. |

nadal被破了许多发球局的根本原因。
这种回球方式有三大优点：
a。安全，失误少，因为那种打空档式的主动发力return，看着拉风，但是由于瞄的都
是边线，很容易出界（不能出边线和底线）；而jam the body式的回球，只要不出底线
就可以，而且有个瞄准物，就是发球者（发球者发球后都有个前冲，会站在底线内大概

small kids because there are a varieties of features: geysers, canyon&
waterfalls, wild animals. And there is no need of long hikes to get great
view. Facilities (food and lodge) are all reasonable. And you can add a

此次旅行的安排源自luobei的一封站内信件。周五下午我这个基本上不政府主义者去了
次学校，惊异的发现原来是长周末，感叹一下自己的无知，去mitbbs看到luobei的信说
有空找他玩，于是好久都不动的玩欲动了，在接下来的6个小时内，我说服了我roommat
e和我同行，然后就兴奋的睡了4个小时就出发了。想法很简单，去nyc，大家jam,去bos
ton，看一个朋友。路上luobei打来电话说晚上9点nyc地区乐队jam,可以观摩一下，算了
下时间，还来得及。给kurtz打电话说出窝吧，别闷着了，他说好，我说反轮在boston吗
？他说离boston一个小时，然后我说你呢，他说离反轮45分钟。然后我惊异的发现mic排
练一次大家开车要3个小时，当即佩服了。接下来就是投宿迷路，比预计晚到一个小时，
找了一个川菜馆大吃了一顿以后就去观摩jam了。luobei特别热情的给我引见各路大虾.
总结:设备不错，视觉很冲击。
散去，去nyc的闹市去转了一圈，猪流感不多，大胸妹很多，加长的林肯里面载满了姑娘 |

For people interested in Japanese firearms of WWII, the name Mukden Arsenal
is familiar. The history of the facility after Japan's defeat is less well
known. Under various names, it did survive for some time, producing an odd
mix of WWII weapons after the war's end.
